I have only a few storage trays for micro armor... Does anyone have an idea how to safely ship micro armor in the mail?

I use the trays they came in, wrapped in toilet paper and then in a bubble envelope. Thousands sent around the world - not one broken or damaged.

There is a fellow who sells "Panzer Keepers" pretty regularly on eBay. Thunder (of this forum) turned me on to those little gems. They hold about an equal quantity of Microarmor for about 1/3rd the height of "Bunker Boxes", and they hold them notably more securely.
Then Ritter chimed in, with:

Gee, ya never sent any to me! Not even a broken one . . .

Thanks for the idea's... I didn't think to keep any packs or cases . But tissue and bubble wrap might still work
