FH70 Howitzers

Post by av8rmongo »

Does anyone have any pictures of Scotia's FH70? Alternatively, does anyone know of other manufacturers that make this weapon?

My website (www.microarmormayhem.com) has photos of the Skytrex FH-70. It is not a great piece. I just got a set of 4 of the Scotia in the mail last week. They are not yet painted, but are vastly superior to the Skytrex version. For example, the barrel is far more to scale (the Skytrex is way too large).

edit: the FH-70s are under the Brits.

Ferret701,

Thanks. Actually I checked out your website first because I knew you had a good representation of the other manufacturers. I didn't like what I saw from Skytrex at all - I totally agree that they're way out of scale. I was heading down a path of considering kitbashing but thought I would ask about the Scotia offering first.

Hi,

I have the ones made by Scotia, Skytrex and H&R (Navwar).
As GHQ doesn't make it  ... the one made by H&R is my favourite.
In my opinion it has the best detail and in general looks quite nice.

My two cents.
Cheers Ben
