What would be the best set of rules to use for small scale modern wargaming in an urban setting? I'd like to game something similar to current operations in Iraq with light armor and infantry vs. guerillas and the GHQ modern rules just don't cut it. It would have to be a 1 piece = 1 infantry/vehicle. Any suggestions?
