I was writing in regards to a question I have.
I'm looking for a ballistic program that can calculate small arms up to
larger arms ie… .38 cal up to 75mm 120mm. I'm a world war two buff and, I'm in the process of writing a world war two set of rules for
historical miniature gaming purposes. Any suggestions or ideas would
be greatly appreciated. I have heard of a program called Hewlett
Packard exterior ballistic program, but at this time can not find
anything near that. I would like the program to be able to calculate
muzzle speeds at different ranges and then be able to figure out how
much armor the round would penetrate at certain ranges. What do you all
use for your armor pentrations and ammo values? Is there a formula or
a programs avaible? Thanks any suggestions would be appreciated.
