ITALIAN ARMY PARADE

On June 2nd there was the parade of the Itlaian Army for the aniversary of the Republic. Here is a link for the reportage of the Italian television.

At the start of the rportage you can see italian vehicles in operation otherwise the parade was mainly of foot soldiers with a lot of modern camo uniforms and histodical ones.

I love Italy, I really do. I lived in Naples for four years. But come on. Does the Naval aviation contingent really have to march in their flight gear and flight deck crainials? It seems a bit out of place. But I do love the Bersaglieri running down the road. I had one neighbor who had been in the Bersaglieri and another who was in the Caribinieri between them they had some pretty colorful stories.
