What process does GHQ use?

Post by Baphomet69 »

I'm wondering how GHQ designs their miniatures. I can't believe the detail they get on 6mm vehicles. Does anyone know if they use 3ups, digital, 1:1 hand scupting or what? And I assume spin casting?

There was a thread earlier about an article called "Inside GHQ". They showed some of their casting and sculpting process. If I recall correctly they have a "master sculpter" that builds the originals for making the castings.
Its a sniper rifle, not a "sniper"! You don't call an assault rifle an "assault"!

The sculptors that do the designing even use microscopes in creating the miniatures! This is followed up by casting masters to make the molds. Spin-casting is used to produce what we purchase
