getting spare/replacement parts

Post by tanitatt »

So ... if you're like me ... you have a bunch of vehicles missing parts, or turrets with broken barrels ...

So, how does one go about purchasing parts?

From the FAQ which GHQ has placed on this website:
Q. Do you sell spare parts?

A. For most of the Micro Armour® vehicles (those that are sold 5 to a pack) spare hulls are $2.00 each, spare turrets/guns are $1.25 each, and spare MG sprues are $1.75 each, plus shipping and handling. When ordering spare parts, please be sure to include the GHQ stock number of the pack that the parts come from, and give a description of the parts. We do our best to fill spare parts orders correctly, but spare parts orders are not returnable.
Simple as that. I've done it a couple times. 100% success rate for me. Just make sure you are explicit on that you want.

Hope that helps.

I concur with Mk 1,

I just got an extra turret for a PZ IV and a barrel for a Jagdpanzer in my last shipment.

P.S. It is also extremely important to mention the specific package/model for them.

P.S.S. If you order just a barrel you get the sprue (I now have 3 extras) SWEET

P.S.S.S. I think they forgot to charge me for the barrel(s), or they are just nice because the order was over 100 usd.

okay, so how does one order parts? Just add them on to a comment area of the checkout? Is there a selection somewhere for misc?

Thanks!

tanitatt,

Yes just add the specifics to the comments of the order. Blister/Model number and whether a turret (barrel) or hull will do it. Also the number of any one item.

Also, if you are only ordering parts call them otherwise the automated (website) ordering will not work, as you will have to order a package to get the comment etc. (may seem over excessive to state this but it is probably better out there).

tanitatt,

No problem, I'm relatively new myself, any time I can battle you, or ever get a chance to see your models in smoking ruins, with the correct barrels in your turrets will justify the effort!
