Very agree with you, guys !
Most importants models for Vietnam era, (to my point of view, of course) or cruelly missing at this time :
- M-54 5 ton truck with optional open and canvas cover top :
Model very important for Gun trucks, resupply, and logistic convoy.
- M34/35 medium truck 2-1/2t without tarpaulin :
Most important truck for general purpose and guntrucks
- AC-47 "Puff the Magic Dragon" :
Most notorius fire support gunship !
- AH1G cobra attack helocopter :
We don't have any Cobra to go with Huey teams in AirCav unit !
- Ch54 Sky Crane with seperate Command ,Troop and Medical moduals :
very good for resupply US camps and/or to pick up a shoot down helo !
- LVT6 with 105mm turret, and...
LVTE1 engineer :
Both vehicles would be very well in an amtracks Marines battalion equiped with LVTP5.
- weapons carriers 1/2 ton and 1 1/4 ton.
Very commond vehicules during Korean and Vietnam war.
It could be done in ambulance version too
- HH3 Joly green Giant :
the first big helo for pilots rescue !
- OH-13 Sioux helicopter :
Reco and light medevac for Riverine force and more..., use during Korean war too !
- The Cat D-7 with Rome Plow :
To build US fire bases, clearing jungle, ... use by engineers.
- Civilian vehicles, city civilians, to go with the current Civilian pack
with bicycles, ice cream moto (three wheels), small water buffle wagon, small bus truck, Renault 4ch Saigon's taxi, ... + Vietnamese native boats #2 (sampans, junks).
- City vietnamese type buildings :
Urban fighting were very numerous, and it's essential to play the VC/NVA "Tet" offensive.
- US infantry with bonnie hats :
Plenty of differents use (LRRP's, SEALs,...)
- VC/NVA sappers :
For all VC assaults !
- PSP metal plates : (photo-etched parts, or resin plate) use everywhere !
To make : dry base for armored or tracted US howitzer, US bunkers, Helipad : it could be installed anywhere where we want, airstrip for US planes,...
It would be very cool !

All of the above would be nice, but some of it is more urgent than others:
- LRRP infantry
- M54 truck
- M35 truck
- Cat D-7 with Rome Plow
- M274 mechanical mule (with RR)
- Offering the Mutt Recoilless Rifle on the M113 also seems like an easy, but essential upgrade!
- Oh, and a Vietnam cavalry squadron combat command, with a variety of M113 versions and some tanks is also a must!
Some of the other items being mentioned can be gotten elsewhere, can be easily converted, were pretty rare, or are hard to picture being used in a tabletop wargame.
