Seriously Amazing Service

This must be some kind of record in the online ordering business. I place an order on the morning of 10/1/2014. I received the confirmation and mail tracking emails later that same day and the package arrived 2 DAYS later. This is just about the fastest order fulfillment I have ever seen in decades of ordering products online.

I've had to send less than gentle reminders to other companies but GHQ is on top of things. I truly wish everyone I did business with performed up to GHQ's standards.

Way to go guys!

Maybe you should include thanks (or prayers of amazement) to your postal service as well.
While I agree with you that I have never had to follow up an order with GHQ, I know dozens of other companies that I have never had to chase, and that process orders on the day of receipt. I had one order recently where I placed the order on line, and one of the staff dropped at at my door in the evening the same day.
The 2 day turn around required the support of your posties. It is not all down to GHQ, as good as they are.

True! I can never use the phrase "Snail Mail" again. Plus I have to admit, they have been doing a great job of late, especially considering the extra burdens placed on them financially by Congress. Good job by everyone!

That's pretty great, especially that it only took two days once it left GHQ. I'm guessing it was a small order. When I order large quantities they are shipped via FedEx Ground and they take about a week to get to California. That's no reflection on GHQ of course.
