I love the free TO&Es from GHQ or Wargame Vault and would like to know if any exist for Hungary, Romania and Finland?

Here's a link to the 2nd Edition of the WWII Microsquad TO&Es. I think you'll find what you're looking for. The Soviet TO&Es were massively updated as well.

Were you looking for WW2 or Modern TO&E's? I assumed modern, but could be wrong.
