Your conversion certainly looks good. In the photo I can hardly tell that you cut down the forward casemates. I am making do with the Viking Forge model of Devonshire class - adequate but much less detailed than GHQ products.
Two questions:
1. What was your source of 7.5-inch gun turrets?
2. Did you do anything about the length of the ship? Devonshire class was about 25 feet (> 5%) longer than the Monmouth class.

I still hope GHQ produces a Devonshire class in time for the centennial of Jutland. It's too late to produce all the ships needed to reproduce this battle, but there should be a couple in the 2015-2016 listing.

Actually, my favorite rules are a modification of Fletcher Pratt's Naval Wargame. These rules don't work well with large engagements. I would break it into smaller actions.
