Content criticsm

Post by Brutzel »

I bought the package from a dealer in Germany, but it was not what was given to 100% inside. The Content is incorrect.

GHQ Stock # US 152 (It cost 35 € + shipping)

Content:
8 x M3/M3A1 Halftracks (4/4 in Picture)
32 x Individual Infantrymen
3 x M4A3s (75mm)
1 x M4A1 MMC
3 x M10 Wolverines
1 x M20 Armored Car
3 x M8 Armored Cars
2 x Bazooka Teams
3 x Jeeps

My Content:
8 x M3/M3A1 Halftracks (5/3)
36 x Individual Infantrymen
3 x M4A3s (75mm)
1 x M4A1 MMC
3 x M10 Wolverines
3 x M20 Armored Car (with 2 Turrets)
1 x M8 Armored Cars
2 x Bazooka Teams
6 x Jeeps
7 x MG's (I need more. It is not sufficient)

It's really annoying. It was not the first time that the content was wrong. Now it is enough. I hope that improve the packs.

best regards
a customer

I second Cama's statement. Looking at the photo you provided I might point out that you have 3 M8 armoured car bodies (with 2 turrets) and 1 M20 scout car. The listing in the catalogue says 8 M3/M3A1, not 4/4. Just because the pic shows 4/4 doesn't mean much as these models are considered interchangeable. If you look at the single pack entry for the M3/M3A1 you'll see that you get 5... there is no breakdown by sub-type. You get what is in your pack.

Looking at what you received I would say that you are missing one M8 turret and a second sprue of MG's, and that's all.
There is no right or wrong, only decisions and consequences.

I've had this happen in the past too. All it took was a quick email to GHQ's customer service and it was taken care of. They are really responsive.

We are always sorry when there is a packing error. All of our packs are packed by human hands, and unfortunately occasionally there is an error. We apologize for any packing errors. All that you need to do is contact GHQ if you have an error, and we will remedy the situation. Often times these errors happen in the customers favor (as happened with the extra infantry and jeeps for the original poster).

Thank you for your support,
GHQ

Ah, human hands. That's your problem right there.

I can't even rely on my own properly, past experience suggesting they're not to be trusted.

It's a common problem.
On balance, Jellicoe was probably right.
