Okay, I have a few questions about this pack. The first concerns the man sitting in a seat behind the large tripod. By process of elimination I'm guessing this is the SA-23 2-tube SAM launcher. The only extra pieces in the packet are single tube launchers, which is alright by me, but I can't figure out how to mount it. Googling "Sa-23 2-tube launcher" gives pictures of shoulder-fired devices, or large vehicle mounted missiles. The question is, is that actually an SA-23, or some other designated weapon? And regardless of designation, can someone explain how it mounts? (GHQ needs to have some diagrams on this site to show how to assemble those models that require it.)
The second concerns the tripod mounted HMG---- which one is it? Again using Google, the only thing I can find that resembles it is a new US MG.
Thanks in advance for your help.

I'll start with the Machine Gun. As near as I can figure based on images on Wikipedia the tripod MG is the PKP "Pecheneg." It bears the same general shape and appears to have a box magazine just behind the tripod.
As for mounting the SA-24, based on the photos on line you can mount a single missile on the operator's right side or one on each side or up to three on the right side.

Thanks for the quick reply.
So yes, SA-24 is the proper designation, and the pictures online show exactly how it should go. (I was thinking the little angled piece went to the back.) The package comes with three operators and four missiles, so it looks like I'll have two singles, and one double.
I agree the Pecheneg bears a resemblance to the model (at least I can imagine what the 'bent barrel' is), but it seems rather lightweight , and no pictures I found had it on a tripod. I was expecting it to be a 12.7mm gun.
