Hi,
I am looking at doing some Canadians for ww2. I just haven't been able to find what colors I would use for their infantry. Could someone please let me know what colors they use?
Any help would be great.
Joe

Re: Canadian infantry ww2 colors
The Canadian Battle dress was a shade greener than that of the British. So for the British, use Vallejo English Uniform, add a touch of green to it (about 50/50), lighten to scale and have a it.cabin4clw wrote:Hi,

For the Sherman's that Canada used, most would have been the US Olive Drab when they first got them, but any repairs or such, they might have had a repaint to the standard of British colours...this can vary depending on how long its been in the sun. But Vallejo Russian Uniform is not a bad colour. All other equipment that Canada used in WWII would have been mostly British.
I'm sure others will have suggestions.
