Seems like pretty good service to me.

Just checked. Last email I had with the order details after ordering was in 2016.

To clarify I do get the notice that a package has been shipped. Just no record of the original order sent after ordering.

Update..they charged my credit card and I received a shipping
Notice yesterday afternoon. It’s saying delivery by Saturday here in Michigan so overall
It took about 10 days before any news and like some have commented here it’s slow in the beginning then boom, boom..card charged, shipping notice..I guess I got a little impatient and my apologies to GHQ. It was a large order of 37 packages to help finish off
my US Armoured Brigade.

My order arrived today. Man, it felt just like Christmas Day here. 37 packs and a catalog and some other flyers. I figure it’s been about 9-10 yrs since I’ve ordered from GHQ. I still have a drawer full of packs I never got around to opening. Going through my dream list I figure at least another 2-3 orders of 30+ packs each may just do the trick.. but come to think about it I still need Israeli, Chinese, North Korean.........

Ah, the never-ending need... Always another unit to complete, start, expand. There is no cure. Imagine how difficult it would be if you win the lottery!
