In the first half of January, I ordered new GHQ models. The order went through and I saw the confirmation page in my browser, and later the transition showed up completed on my credit card.
But I never received any email receipt and as of yet the order has not been shipped. I've already sent GHQ a couple emails, but I haven't received any replies. I'm even checking my spam filter every day.
I also ordered some of the new releases around 8 January. I didn't receive a confirmation for the order. I did get two emails that the order had shipped an I received the order on 3 February
I feel more like I do now than I did when I got here :}
Just received the "on its way" email. Still later than anticipated, but better than other things I've ordered elsewhere in 2020. It's like online shipping got y2k20 bug or something.
