Modern Micro Armor Former Warsaw Pact page not working?

Hello GHQ whats happening to the Former Warsaw Pact section? as its not loading the page.

I believe that certain functionalities are out of service due to the malfunctions which planted the site. We only have the forum that works pretty well. (fortunately).
