Re: MV Gran info
@Submariner
Motor Ship Gran was built in the UK, completed in Dec. 1938 and sailed under the Norwegian flag. After Norway's defeat by the Germans the ship was interned at Casablanca after arrival there on 26 Jun 1940. Requisitioned 19 Jun 1941 by the French and renamed Ste Odette, the ship was seized by the Germans and renamed Odysseus sometime between 1941-42. It was sunk 28 Dec 1942 by the British submarine Ursula (Undine class). The source of my info is http://www.warsailors.com/singleships/gran.html .
Unfortunately, I was unable to find any photos. I suggest that you contact GHQ to find their sources they used to build the model of Gran.

Re: MV Gran info
Thanks Michael. The ship's history certainly reveals why reference materials may be hard to come by!
