Horsa Gliders?

Post by BurtWolf »

Maybe a rhetorical question- Just curious why GHQ does not sell the Horsa gliders individually like the Wacos? I’ve never asked and don’t know they’d sell them individually. I would think that some folks would like to buy them outside of the combat command. Not a complaint just an observation.

As I've mentioned in other posts, given the disparity in figure scale vs ground scale, a few of us at our local club have decided to use 1/600th aircraft for our 6mm games. This seems (to us) an even better solution for aircraft that actually land on the table.

Personally I have 1/600 C-47s, Horsa and Hamilcar gliders for the Allies as well as Junkers Ju 52s and DFS 230s for the Germans. One of the other micro guys has some Waco CG-4s.
