I like the "by-the-book" camo pattern consistency. ALTHOUGH that is not very good camo practice, it's what the Army does, and what I would do.

It may be my imagination, but I feel like my camo looks better when I follow some kind of general pattern. Otherwise I start getting crazy splashing paint around and it looks like garbage!

I agree. US usually prescribes a specific ratio to colors, as well as a specific pattern. I guess it knows what it wants. And humans prefer patterns. Just as you were, Friend.

I have been focusing on the refurb effort (stripping and repainting) and neglecting the new unopened packs. They have been glaring at me angrily, so I opened 2 new packs of M1A1 tanks and got them ready for action. 3 of these tanks are going to I Troop to complete their tank allocation, and the balance are going to K Troop.

Apparently I have been painting a lot of tanks because the photos all look the same!

I second Foxbat. Great consistent paint job and getting to paint is always a plus. I love being creative when I paint and it's really fun doing the research to find a paint job that I like. Even if they look alike, there is an artistic aspect to that. Andy warhall would agree. Keep em coming
