(Canadian Infantryman): "What? Since when we are working with the CofC?"
(Canadian infantryman 2): "Yea where just here to be a neutral party in the fight aginest Al-Kabab in the city, but we never intended to work for the CofC."
(Canadian Infantryman 3): "Let's mop the floor with these Chrisdom F$&@s."
A huge fistfight broke out between CofC and Canadian army forces, somthing that Canadian command at the landing had tried to avoid for awhile. the Canadian Officers intervened in this scuffle and brought the Canadian soilders back to their Transports.
(Canadian Major): " Enough man Enough!!', back to the APCs all of you were getting out of this hole of a country."
(Lesson to be Learned Chris, Canada and CofC don't mix.)

Sgt Munster replied to the stupid C-nuts, "Usually the Canadians run or get defeated really quick. REALLY Quick!! Why are you leaving? Na-na-na-na--hey-hey - good bye."MechCommander wrote:(Canadian Infantryman): "What? Since when we are working with the CofC?"

.
How much time do you need to leave? Can we help you pack?
.
Word spread extremely quickly to all the groups in Mauritania, Al-Kabab, BT, Yer Bouti, etc.
Everybody is talking about it. "Did Canada get their ** CENSORED ** beat again?"
"Did they get everyone killed just like last time? Gosh, they are idiots!"
"Naw, they just are shelias mate."
"Well, at least they fought for once. They out numbered us 14 to 3. Guess it was about even."
LOL, lol, haha.

Maple Leaf Landing
The Canadian Forces are in the middle of loading up their men and equipment quickly into the Cargo ships and C-130 Transport Aircraft in preparation to leave Mauritania behind their mission in the country has failed do to a rather unfortunate encounter with the CofC forces that lead to a major brawl among infantry, the orders where to not only defeat the militant groups in the city, but to avoid contact with the CofC forces as best as they could.
Its best if the CofC stay away from Maple Leaf Landing while we pack in order to prevent another incident from happening again. the Tanks from the Sherbrooke Fusiliers and the Royal Canadian Dragoons, as well as infantry from the 49th Edmonton Regiment guard the entrance to the port to ensure no militant groups takes advantage of the situation and launches a surprise attack.

Maple Leaf, Mauritania
The C-nuts have been withdrawing, to a small area, tightening the defensive lines and perimeter in Maple Leaf. BT has an infantry perimeter line 600-800 yards from the Canadian line.
At 0400, mortar fire into Maple Leaf and since it is a tighter and smaller area for the C-nuts higher affect. 42 120 landed on the dock area along with 5 160mm mortar rounds. 127mm rockets rocked Maple Leaf with 160 being fired into the port. When fired moved to new position, reload. Fire 20 more rounds, move fire 20 move. Each of the 5 trucks fired almost 80 rounds into dock area as cargo, equipment, people are moving about. Casualties are high, destruction is higher still. It was observed that ships were hit by mortars and rockets. Many landed in the water. The tanks were fired upon by 81mm mortars making their station a bit uncomfortable.
By 5am all the firing had ceased.
Movement and repositioning took place.
At 0544, rockets came in on the tank positions, 127mm AT bomblets rounds exploded above the heads of the Canadians. Sgt Charles laughed until the twirling weighted ribbon landed on his turret, and another on the roof of the turret and one on the engine deck. The HEAT rounds detonated and enter the crew compartment and it killed two of the crew, hydraulic fluid erupted in a bright flash. Sgt Charles was blown out of the tank with legs severely burned. In all 11 tanks knocked out 57 wounded tankers. As people were helping, 5 minutes later 81mm and 120 mm HE mortar rounds exploded. All the 120 were air burst HE as the 81mm impacted the ground, buildings, trees, tanks and trucks. Another 32 wounded, to some degree.
. 10 minutes after this BT infantry from the north moved in with RPGs and HMG fire. Stopping and firing into the areas of tanks, trucks and people moving around. As the Canadian were building the return fire the BTs disappeared into the building further back. The tank crews with thermal sights were having a field day causing HE to kill dozens of the BT assault men. A 2 platoons of Challengers along with the CO of the Squadron re-positioned to provide fire support for the damaged/destroyed tanks in the two squadrons. They faced an opening in the fence with soldiers moving forward quickly, the thermals helped the tankers firing coax m.g. at the men. Over 28 fell to the ground, in ditches behind cover of any sort. As a platoon was heading north along Longneck Rd to hit and finish the group that had moved in they were in turn hit by 3 Milan shots and Olifant at a range of 1500m with APFSDS-T round penetrating the side of a Challenger, entering the engine. Petro and hydraulic fluid everywhere. Challenger stopped, crew bailed out. Two were cut down by small arms fire as they ran. Another 120mm AP round hit a Challenger in the turret starboard side, metal flake flew around in the turret ripping into the commander and crew members about 8 times, then with HEAH round loaded in the barrel the propellant was in the hand of the loaded, it ignited. It brightened the early morning light as flame blew out 15 feet above the turret hatches that served as the exhaust ports of the flame.
The BT withdrew, the Challengers were able to hold off the infantry assault even with an Olifant to help. It was knocked out by a Lynx with TOW 2 Imp AT missile in its engine as it turned around to disengage. As the four crew were clearing the tank, a sniper with a .338 WIN hit one then two running for cover, they remained laying in the street all day.
. Bloody engagement for the Brits and the BT forces.

To the Canadian Commander:
CoC Lt. Col Johan calling the Canadians at Maple Leaf. Leaving a message for their commander. Asking if they would like assistance. It has been reported that a lot of fighting has occurred at Maple Leaf. The causalities are high for both sides. Who attacked?

(Canadian Commander): "Stay away from Maple Leaf Landing CofC you will only make things worse for our troops guarding the entrance, order your forces to pull out now." A couple of Seconds later after that message a pistol shot can be heard over the raido. The Candian forces at the ports entrance began to pull back further into the landing.

The local CoC military field commander responded. "How far back do you want us, Nigeria or would the Suez Waterway be sufficient for you as we are several miles away. In the event you do not know this you as a military are allowed to defend yourself. We are not engaging with anyone at this time. We can accommodate you if you desire to engage. We are not plannig on it, but do let us know as well give it a go. Those that are attacking based upon intel are either Al-Kabab and/or BT. Over."
.
Another rocket attack with 160 127mm rockets from the 2-ton trucks dropping AT and AP bomb-let and HE. Half dozen Challengers destroyed or disabled. Some were then destroyed by the crew as they left the tank. Men running were having the bodies cut in half, legs, heads and/or arms ripped off.
. Then 120 mortars opened up, dropping on the docks loaded with stores, equipment and people. Some exploded as they were hit will shrapnel, other leaked then caught fire. Other ripped apart. As the Canadians were running to the rear a group lead from BT was heard saying, "lets get 'em, there's route happening and I want an invitation. I want my fair share." About 6 seconds later as he was waving his pistol his head was ripped apart with a Barrett .50 going through as the body was throw back 5 yards. The men continued forward. The sniper hit 6 others over the course of just over a minute prior to smoke grenades being tossed to prevent the sniper sniping.
. As 4.75 inch opened up to support the defense of the port, it targeted the mortar firing locations based upon counter battery radar. He destroyed 4 120 mortars and kill 23 men wounding another 12. Secondary explosion did occur when the stack and boxes of 120mm rounds went off. C-nuts drones flew out, a 57mm rapid firing gun from a corvette opened up killing 9 and wounding 17 men running towards the dock area.
. A Loch for flying in armed with 4 TOW missiles aimed at a corvette firing all 4 at it hitting the bow on starboard side. Metal crumbled water flowed inside. In the course of the engagement the vessels bow went underwater. Men were quickly trying for the dock or jumping overboard as fire raged and prevented some from escaping.
. A transport cargo vessel was making headway to clear the dock. It took two 100mm HE rounds amid ships. Fuel lines burst, then caught fire. Automatic systems kicked in and fire response team came to put our the fire. 10 minutes later as it was clearing the harbor it was hit 2, 3 more times with HE artillery fire. The CWIS opened up controlled by the fire control officer killing almost a dozen men. Several flags flying with BTO emblazoned on them.

There was no reply from the Canadian Commander.
Meanwhile at the landing the last of the Canadian forces at the base starts to flee to the ships at port in a disorganized fashion some dropped their rifles in a panic the remaining Leopard 2s and LAV IIIs went into full reverse and fired with everything they got in a desperate attempt to support the retreating Infantry, once everyone was onboard the transport ships they quickly departed the Landing as it was being overrun by BT forces.
The transports and their RCN Escorts then made the return trip back to Canada.

Who is making this evaluation? Not sure of their data.
Oh, it’s marketing or bluster.
.
Al-Kabab launched a AS 21 anti-ship missile at a transport ship leaving Maple Leaf, it hit a few second later with its 2-ton warhead from a truck mounted launcher. Hit the super structure on port side. The large warhead ripped holes into the side below the surface level. The ruptures massive damage eliminated the ability to engage pumping system, fire fighting systems. The bridge is destroyed, the medical facility doesn’t t exist any more. The ship has fires from petroleum and hydraulic fluid, which will be put out later.... when the ship sinks. Men are abandoning ship.
Minutes later the second missile was being attempted to be launched. As some of the technicians were getting it ready, others watch the Canadian ship explode and burn. As the smoke trail was scene the launch position was known. During this a Canadian frigate fired in the area with 60 HE rounds hitting the second launch vehicle causing a massive explosion, killing 24 men. The men were taking more time to launch.
BT forces showed up 8 minutes later in a truck, dismounting a gun battle ensued. 7 BT died. 15 of the firing crew and security were killed and 13 wounded. Another 2 trucks with BT soldiers arrived as the first fire fight ended. They saw members of Al-Kabab going around to the remaining wounded BT eliminating then with AK-47 or pistol shots. Several did die from the HE fire from the Canadian frigate, and many more would as well.
. The larger group from two trucks separated into 4 tactical teams with a LMG unit with 2 M60 for cover fire. Several RPGs were fired at the trucks hitting 3. The command truck drove off to the south with another truck following. 8 more RPGs fired at the 4 remaining trucks, of which 4 missiles hit the third launch vehicle with the AS-21 on the rail. It was hit 3 times. Fuel and then warhead explosion sending flames and metal out for over 200 yards killing over a dozen Al-Kabab. Also making a crater. The explosion also killed 8 BT soldiers wounding 7 more. The fire command truck did manage to get away.
. 14 minutes later a larger group arrived consisting of BT and Commonwealth soldiers. They scanned the area not moving in yet as a few rounds of HE were exploding until communications with the Canadians and the fire ceased.

Atlantic Ocean of the coast of Maple Leaf
CoC patrol craft and warships moved to the area of the transport that sunk, to help with rescue efforts. So far over 400 people pulled from the sea.
. On shore drones and helicopters are scouting the area in search of any anti-ship missiles, any missiles or systems that could possibly pose a threat to the ships or rescue efforts. Lochs and Cobras flying continuously. Assault units have stormed over 3 dozen buildings and garages along the coast line to ensure that there are not any weapons capable to hindering the rescue.
. On the lookout for any Al Kabab, if any doubt, those people were driven away rather than be shot at in the event they were civilians. Any one with weapons was shot and fired upon. There were dozens that were killed. Assault teams landed in the UH-1s while being covered by AH-1s and OH-6s.
. Around 1512 in the day a SA-7 or 14 was fired at an AH-1 Cobra. The pilot never knew he was fired at until the missile exploded separating the tail from the main body. It crashed, the 100 ft fall was tough on the two crew members. The co-pilot/gunner is in surgery for back, neck and leg injuries. The pilot is better off, still requiring surgery on his broken left leg which was broken in two places. OH-6 with .50 cal fired on the site and men running after the SAM was fired, then AH-1 cobras joined in killing two. One body was severed in at least 2 places and mushed from the 20mm rounds.
. Rescue efforts are continuing. Fortunately, the sinking was 8 NM away from shore. As people are rescued they are quickly taken to shore to CoC medical group. There is still fighting in Maple Leaf. The BT seem to be pushing the Al-Kabab forces back, by eliminating many. The CoC has offered to assist BT. Medical, artillery/mortar support have arrived and set up just north of Maple Leaf along medical evac.
. To our knowledge all Canadians have left Maple Leaf unless they are hiding, and perhaps fighting Al Kabab, and those rescued from the sinking.
Helicopters from CoC ships have helped in the rescue efforts. The Canadians have recovered over 200 men from the ship. Trying to get a better head count.

All Canadian Forces has left Maple Leaf Landing and is on their way home back to CFB Halifax, again I would suggest that all CofC forces leave our troops alone so we can retrieve them, we never asked for your assistance in the first place, if the CofC had not arrived in the Capital the mission to remove the Militants would have been successful, instead you interfered now AL-Kabab, the BT and whatever groups that live there are running amok in the city again.

1. Great news that the Canadian forces have left Maple Leaf Landing and on their way home. We furthermore do not care about your suggestion since you left most of your crew and soldiers to drown in the Ocean. We have the ability to rescue the crew and the motivation and did so. We will let it be known to the men you left behind of your genuine concern for them.
. 2. Mauritania is a member of the Commonwealth of Chrisdom, thus sovereign territory of CoC. Not sure that you would have been successful to remove the militants as the BT was only to fight off Al-Kabab, but you attacked them. You created that enemy. You wanted to try to come in with a big bat and smash any and all people. You were not making great progress. We took an area on one side, the east side, of Highway 7 (north-south Hwy) approaching the task deliberately. NATO military operational convention is the unit on the left is to ensure that there are not any gaps with the unit on the right. That way there is not an enemy force between the two units and to be able to understand the duties, responsibilities. Your right flan to out left was 2 miles. Lack of communication gets people killed.
. 3. As for you mentioning the groups, not sure what the heck you are trying to communicate. BT has been in Nouakchott they have worked well with the CoC, not you because you decided that we will smash any and all others. There are other groups that wanted to take control and power, including the evil Al-Kabab. Canadian forces were marginally effective against Al-Kabab. We are sure that the New Canada army could not fight its way out of a wet paper bag.
.
The rescue effort has been successful over 800 people pulled from the ocean. Many were unaccounted for as they had been delivered to Red Cross, hospitals, various military units and BT. Some required surgery and others will require extensive therapy.
.
The advance continues north in Nouakchott, methodically, deliberately. The BT forces are working with the military of CoC to delineate sectors for control, and to provide mutual assistance as needed.
