This is a huge discovery in my opinion. I'm in the process of downloading all 7,985 pdf files as I type this. The site appear to be legit as it is US military. I came across a link on TMP tipping us off to this.
A generous gesture for sure. But be advised that many of his German WWII TO&E are often incomplete or wrong. Try the two sites below for German WWII KStNs.

Thanks mate, you just made my day. One may also wonder why Adobe reader hasn't included such a valuable tool?

Finally converted all the pdf's into jpg's. It took ages to do but now I can easily browse through the files without the tedious task of opening & closing each file, which I had to do with the pdf's. :D

Full metal jacket -

The only way to download the files is to open the PDF (using Adobe Reader) and then saving them to your computer - then close the file - and open the next file you are interested in.

- OR -

See my ealier post regarding using Firefox and the addon -
You will then be able to copy all the files (at once) to your computer, without opening and saving each file individually.

You will still need Adobe Reader to view the files on your computer.

Also, if you know which ones you want (by looking in the index first) then you can just right-click on the PDF link and choose "Save Link As" and then choose where on your computer you want to save the file...
