Hey Tammy, I agree that the search engine is not the best there is, but a good search engine is not the easiest to make.
If you type "PzIV" in the search box, I think it searches for all the exact matches in either the item name or description. PzIVD is not an exact match. Though, I agree that it should be included.
I don't think that anybody associated all the keywords to the items, that would be way too much work. It's just an automated thing.

Hey Gompel. I know how a search works. But the system is not based on exact match only otherwise I woul not get "Nashorn" or "Brummbar" as an answer to Pz IV.
Work for work, I would have prefer at least a partial match instead of the answers I got. Note that the solution is very simple. It is enough to write the name of models with a space: "PzIV D" instead of "PzIVD" as it is now. This apply to all similar names. "

Yep, that's what I said: exact match on either item name or description
Partical match is indeed the better option, but I am not sure whether the current search engine has that option.
Changing all the search tags (either item name or description) is a way to improve things with the current search engine. Though, for the many items that GHQ has, this would be a great deal of work I guess.
