The NH90's are carrying mostly a fuel load. This is now used to top up their main tanks, SOG board and they head South.
16 AOG soldiers have parachuted into 3 sites in the center of the country. All are rally points for the Balzac civilians (and some other friendly nationals) and sit on the three main road leading to the North of the country. Blocking teams are in place at each with HMG, AT and a FAC team.
Site G is on the major highway. Largest rally point, transport will be by road North to ABBA.
The CFL is concentrating in this area and is generally in control.
Once all souls are over the major river bridge on the highway it is "dropped".
CFL is digging in on the North bank and flying their flag.
Convoys head North, civilians in closed trucks (all buses controlled by the ex state).

Site H is just off the coastal road, the seaside town is not in CFL hands but just about all weapons seem to be pointing out to sea.
Up the river estuary things are a lot more peaceful, nice sand bar by the ambassadors old fishing spot. Extract smaller numbers by Heli to ABBA.

Is that Ginger?

Site Q is off the highway in the lush Foothills. Nothing more than a dirt road on top of a small plateau. Embassy staff had their summer camp and BBQ here last year!
Larger numbers have been gathering here over the last few weeks, staying in cabins to get away from the urban areas.
Extract by Heli/fixed wing to ABBA.

So it continues all day, all ferrying to the ABBA site, C130 used as a ground fuel tank for Heli's. C130's themselves take on fuel from 727 tankers as needed in a safe box overhead North Camastan.

Some uninvited guest in BMP's and MBT are noted heading towards Site H.
The Bouncer is called in to check their tickets.

Image
"If you're not on the list, you're not coming in" Thud!!!!!!

Guests start to arrive back at the ABBA site.

Image

Image

Same time as C130's return, no shut downs, and soon as guests are processed in the terminal they are thrown in the back, ramp up and out of there.

Packed ramp, time is not on our side.

Very GREY looking civilians, thats living in Camastan for you.
Or maybe the food aid from Pualtinville?

Image

Image

Need GHQ civilians really bad.

Image

Bring home the "boys".

Image

Image

One of the last actions of the day was a VIP "released" from detention in the South.
Must be an important dude/dudette. Then flown into ABBA.

Image

Lots of hugs and hand shakes, then taken under very heavy protection to the near by office building.

Image

Then we pack up and head home with a heavy CAP.

Image

Anything on the route out without a Yellow/Black ID is "parked" for insurance purposes.

No regular BSDF troops are in Camastan

Any new operations? This operation was a great success.
Putinville, has repositioned his assets. Not sure if he is capable or interested in establishing his position in the world.

CFL wants some C-130s, as I recall there is an embargo on military goods & equipement. Washing machines are allowed after 9 hour negotiation at the UN. Camastan has to open a CeeCee's Pizza and a Mellow Mushroom, but not in the same area. Each company may open 1 per year for 5 years.
.
At that rate, CFL will have 2 propellers in 3 years. That is a bit fast don't you think. They might try to bomb a Balzac ship, sub or airport; or even Goatland drive in movie theater. I understand Porky's is on this week and next, along withe Debbie Does at 10:15 and Rocky Horror at midnight at the Goatland drive-in.

Chris,
Op Appleton continues as a maritime area defence operation.
The last few Months have seen more of a monitoring/ recce mode than the previous active combat ready activity off the Camastan coast.

Op Pulteney is listed as active but not openly discussed other than routine funding (mostly army).

Major exercises are due shortly in and around Goatland. Will try to photo something soon.

Cama, Needing C130? Would have expected AN family, AN 26, 32 and 74 etc. Cheap and plentiful in 1/288 scale.

Cama, just search ebay for 1/288 and check out the models and kits.
A company called Toko made a nice range of Antonov all in 1/288 scale.
An24 (airliner), An26 and An32 (cargo trans), An74 (jet cargo) plus a few others.
Eastern Express uses the same molds I think but I found the quality not as good.
Chinook Hobby Calgary had them a long time ago.

The last ones I picked up came from a UK store (can not recall name), cheap postage and UKP 1.99 each. I may have passed on some An24 to Chris in FL.

I must say that I am somewhat reluctant to pass on this information as I am sure you will find the 1/288 scale TU-160 Blackjack too.
Then again what would you want with one of those

Dang, another arms race. War clouds are stirring. Swirling actually.

137 SMOH.
Both engines removed so you can start with zero time units. Will require some sheet metal work and cockpit area is open for new avionics installation of your choice.

Elint commo translated indicates that Camastan defense is going into winter quarters. Publications, news articles of the released announcements report that Balzac Republic is moving into barracks for the winter season. It is too cold Generall Braddock said. he commented that the Union and Confederate forces in the American Civil War would go into winter quarters and fight in the spring, summer and fall.
Balzac is reported to have several submarines in production in various shipyards across Europe. The U-212 is the most common submarine for Balzac. Reported 3 in various stages of production.

Great pics for operation OP Flatgate.
Need to see if you were lucky with the operation or if you have the ability to plan and execute and operation against somebody. The goat farmers do not really put forth a front.

Go have a snack, Chris. You're just trying to pick a fight.
