Hi GHQ, thanks for the reassurance. Also thanks for telling me that other Australian orders had worked, it gave me an idea.

One of the items I selected was a combat command, the bridging set. When I removed it, the shipping costs came up. When I restored it, the warning that "some items can't be shipped to your location"came up. It seems that combat commands are either toxic or simply too big to fit in the post...

I like the look of the forum but kinda miss the layout of the old one. Looking through the catalog it took me a while to realize that regions means countries. I'm still kicking the tires to figure everything out that I can. One thing I LOVE are the thumbnails when you look at, say, tanks. You don't have to click each one to see the variant you REALLY want. But for the love of god GHQ, please, stop putting out so much awesome stuff I can't have yet. Though my First Secretary of Finances has OK'd me ordering before the year is out, my wish list is starting to wallow in the waves over here.

Two quick items.

First, I am trying to determine what the symbols mean on the left side of each topic. I thought I had it figured out but found two that proved to be exceptions. The first few, that appear to be light bulbs, are the items that were stickied. Okay, so I made that term up. There is one symbol that appears to be a paragraph and the other one appears to be Chinese chicken scratch. A few in each of the three groups have a star in the one o'clock position in the border. I cannot find a legend. And yes, once explained, I am sure I will be saying of course it is!

Second, and not being exclusively about the new site, but perhaps a way to celebrate it, might be for some of the excellent painters in here take a surplus vehicle from a previous, or new, order and paint it and send it in to GHQ for any model that does not have one already painted. We all have vehicles, land / sea / air, that the pack does not match TO&E quantity or just what you wanted a unit to have. GHQ could just place a caption under the model, if the painter wished it, showcasing the individual's talent and a really cool enticement to give the model a closer look.

Due to the National Coin Shortage this will be my $0.00 worth. She Who Must Be Obeyed would say that is all any of my ideas are worth. (SIGH!) And everyone who used pennies for infantry bases, the Federal Reserve is recalling them!

Generally I like the new site. It is a little klunky with my iPad but works well on the desktop. I haven't ordered anything yet but I'm happy to see they now take PayPal.

My Company is in the process of adding Klarna as a payment system for US.
Seems it's popular in Europe.

It's a 'buy-now-pay-later' system.
