CoC forces in Ukraine.
With the news of Belarus citizens and the EE response is cause for alarm. With preliminary information of 2nd and 6th Armies activated and moving East towards Belarus the CoC has put the military it’s units in Ukraine on alert. Ukraine military has also called up specific units including intelligence, logistics and maintenance units. The CoC is preparing to move a BDE or two. Drone & recon units have moved assets close to the border. UCAV-47B is on a 27 hour observation flight. Evaluation of data will indicate scope, scale and targets.
. The CoC Ambassador in Moscow has appointment with Foreign Secretary in the morning, to determine the reason for this large military activation and movement.

UIN: Karma and NC
The CinC will join and participate in the working group with an eye to improve the communication of the sovereign governments and perhaps trade. If successful a member nation of the Commonwealth, the Balzac Republic will send the 747 Beer Tanker to Karma. (see if that is motivation enough).

Ukraine
With issue cropping up in European theater, the CoC is working on repair and replacement of vehicles, equipment and components needed. Intel and observation indicate that elements of the 2nd Army EE have moved to or very near the border of Belarus and EE. Similar information for 6th Army EE near the Ukraine and EE border, although toward Belarus. Flights of e-detection, monitor, evaluation and Looking-Glass have been airborne along the Ukraine and EE border. E-2 Hawkeye have been airborne. Rail traffic heading west toward Belarus has been heavy with flatbeds with military vehicles. The return flatbeds have been empty. Box cars have remained in the area due east of Belarus.
. Belarus protests have definitely escalated to riots in many cases, in many locations around Belarus. May police officers have left their posts or not reported for work. Some apparently have joined the protest movement.
. MBR (Moldovadom, Bulgariadom, Romaniadom) are sending assets north into Ukraine as a cautionary build up in response to the EE movement of two Armies.200- 300 wheeled vehicles have moved into Ukraine this afternoon. Some supplies, soldiers, detection (e-tronics), command & control along with MPs.

Evaluation of EE move into a Belarus.
A BDE from 99th Armored Div heading west basically parallel to the 6th Army, but definitely behind in time. Scout OH-6 and OV-10 Broncos near the Ukrainian-EE border. A few A-4 with camera pods, electronic monitoring pods flying by. E-2 Hawkeye flyby, 50 miles within Ukraine territory picking up massive amounts of communication. EE does not care who is listening apparently.
. King Romanov of Romania expressed his great concern for the people of Belarus saying, “they are family to me, cousins, uncles and aunts... family. It is sad and tragic what is happening to them, to their country.”
. King Romanov’s sister, will be visiting people in Ukraine near the border of Belarus to discuss the events, learn the impact of these horrible events.
Moldova Dom is moving motorized troops north into Ukraine, with Ukraine’s blessings. If things get bad, it could happen quickly. Bulgaria-Dom is mobilizing units and moving north along with Romania.

The Commonwealth will retire a conventional aircraft carrier. Having utilized an former US carrier after decades of service in the USNavy, then service in the Commonwealth, 60 years old. Expect to decommission a CV soon after review of operational readiness and cost. More information will be released as decisions are made.

Ukraine
EE approaching Belarus north of Ukraine
The 6th CAA is moving west towards Belarus. Leading the movement is the 20th Armored Div., the 22 Armored Div., 59th Motorized Div and the 65th Motorized Div. report is the the 459th Airborne BDE in direct support. Best intelligence assessment to date, info is evolving. The 6 CAA if moving west in series. If all 4 divisions turned left, the 6 CAA would have a 4 division wide front into Ukraine.

2nd Corp of CoC.
Trucks and rail service is moving, and has been, transporting armored units to the northeastern area of Ukraine. The center mass is expected to be the 99th Armored Div. soldiers being flown in for the 11th Armored Div. to met up with equipment left and positioned in Ukraine.
3rd Ukraine Div is setting security perimeter in Northeast Ukraine with recon out near the border. Mechanized infantry in direct support.

4th Corp
The 4th Armored 2 BDE, Combined Arms, has been mirroring or tryIng to mirror the 6th CAA of the EE as it head west by southwest. The 1st and 3rd BDEs are following behind. Concern is building with EE movement.

Ukraine
Unconfirmed reports.... EE armored personal carriers observed within a mile of the EE-Ukrainian border in a town. They were wheeled vehicles, they stopped and men climbed out walking closer to the border on the side of the streets. The men were armed but did not aim any weapons at anyone. A recon team in a Hummv stopped and observed them 3 blocks inside the Ukraine border. Men observed each other and acknowledge each other with a subtle recognition and binoculars watching each other. No images are available or provided.
. Deployment moving Ukraine and CoC forces continues on Saturday near the border with EE.
. Shelia, from WFUN-TV. "On the economic front, the natural gas from EE is still being sent through Ukraine to Europe. The commercial enterprises continue. It has been asked why business and people can work together but governments have difficulty to work together?"

Ukraine
The EE forces have not ventured into Ukraine. In fact the military forces of the 6th CAA, the 20; 22, 59 and 65 divisions have moved back from the border. Aalthough there are a bunch of ‘tourists’ that are young males with closely cropped hair, no spouse or significant other with them. Sometimes taking pictures by themselves, with another or two other tourists. The infantry divisions took the lead moving into Belarus, the 59th and 65th. The divisions have had their BDEs stop outside of towns and cities to influence the protests and riots. Which still continues as a response of a stolen election. The have been a few causalities, most recently a BTR-90 column moving in with protesters marching in the street. The BTR ran into a small sedan parked in the road where two protesters were becoming intimately acquainted. Both were taken to a local hospital for treatment and released. It is reported that the girl’s father is looking for the young man to finish the job that the BTR-90 started.
The 6th CAA has remained on the eastern area of Belarus as the southern or left flank of the EE advance. The 2ns CAA is to the north.

Ukraine forces have continued to maneuver but not moving to the border not wanting to have an accident or provoke the EE. The CoC are reconsidering the EE intent. A line south of the Ukraine-EE border is being patrolled be a battalion or company in an area. Usually infantry. As soldiers are flown in to Ukraine to staff their unit of the division, BDE, more time is being taken to sep up and prepare for the maneuvering towards the border in the north.

The CoC Army HQ, Ukraine
The two armored divisions of the 6 CAA, the 20th and 22nd divisions, have moved into Belarus followed by the 59th and 65th Motorized Divisions. Flight activity has not shown any aggressive tendencies. Recon flights near the border of Ukraine and Poland and other NATO member states: Lithuanian, Estonia, and Latvia.
The CoC has requested to attach a CoC liason-communication team with the commander and command HQ in Poland. ROD is welcome to send a team into Ukraine if they find it desirable.
. The Ukraine Highway from Moscow to Ukraine is still very busy with trucks. Some of the drivers of the trucks have been supplemented with Ukrainian Army and CoC Army logistics staff members. Purpose is to gather intel along the highway as trucks move to and from Moscow and other locations and businesses.

Ukraine
CoC will send 6 people to ROD HQ initially to help in corrdination of forces if needed. If it the situation escalates we can adjust if necessary. We will have a couple from the Air Force which can be helpful if any F-111, B-70 B Bombers are to be utilized.
. As for the rumors of attractive ladies working in our military group has proven to be accurate, it’s too bad the news has leaked out. We have some hostesses from our MWR ( morale, welfare & recreation) Group. 5 are from the Swedish Bikini Team 2012, 2 from 2014, and 3 more from 2015. Great smiles all. They flew over on the Avatar Brew MRW CJ-210 accompanying the Avatar Brew 737 tanker. Former Hooters Restaurant servers (22 at last count) work in the main cafe, but we might not tell You where it is located.
. As the CoC has embedded a few drivers in trucks going up the Ukraine Hwy, the border police force has noticed that some of the trucks now have two drivers in them when there used to be one. The EE is gathering intel. It is possible that a few may have slipped off to gather more intel or to cause mayhem in the event escalates in region.

Ukraine
EE soldiers are still riding in trucks, observing any military movements with some of the trucks heading into the central region of Ukraine, down to Moldova-Dom, possibly further. The military buildup by the CoC has been detected certainly by satellites. Hopefully not all of the buildup which has slowed.
Over the last several weeks damaged vehicle repair has accelerated. These military vehicles are from the Black Sea War that include Abrams, T-55, M-2 Bradleys, M109, SAU-122, etc.

The NE Quad (Northeastern Ukraine) is being prepared to receive 2 divisions These may come from Bulgariadom, Romaniadom and/or Ukraine.
NC ( north central) is preparing it organization with mostly logistics and supply corp activities.

Flights of 737 tankers from Balzac Republic have arrived in various bases with Avatar Beer. Included is the new Avatar Malt and the Sweet Malt. Both are well received. A 737 Avatar Tanker or flying Keg has flown into Poland accompanied with hospitality crew including more Swedish Bikini Team Alumni.

Great to hear from you!
When you land you and your forces are in charge of security and assist with consumption & distribution. The Swedish Bikini Team will evaluated the ‘rate of consumption’ to determine when the next flight will need to depart from Avatar Airport.
. Avatar Refreshment LLC, the holding company has just written the checks since it is purchasing 5 more flying kegs which were delivered yesterday. Two are 737s, a 747 and 2 CJ -700. They will be owned by wholly owned subsidiary Avatar Airlines LLC. The company is leasing a couple of C-17 for support and delivery in more difficult areas. Jacques Avatar said, “people demand our beer, we will deliver”.
The new flying kegs have new distribution nozzles to serve more people faster. Of course taps can go right into the plane’s skin. New options are hoses to deliver Fine Avatar liquid refreshment to special distribution stands/mini-bars to serve up to a dozen at a time.

Oh crap. Cama is Odessa Oblast, formerly Ukraine... Next to Moldovadom, Romaniadom and Bulgariadom? The Commonwealth has a couple of divisions in Ukraine currently watching the EE and it’s military maneuvers to Belarus.

Ukraine
Two CoC citizens riding in different trucks on the Ukraine Highway between Ukraine and Moscow have been detained by the EE Security forces. The first was detained on Wednesday at 0830 heading north on the Ukraine Hwy. The second individual was detained today just before lunch. The other driver called in to the HQ of the logistics facility. Allegedly both are spys for Ukraine military. The first person has been identified. He serves in the CoC Army. He has been working for 2 days each week to send money home to Bulgariadom for his family.

To ROD
SSGN 36 requests opportunity to visit ROD for a port of call. It is on a low key basis. Nothing secret. May wish to share some pictures of EE naval base, that is top secret.

In the Bearing Straits
One of our SSGN 36, detected a NC Navy task force as it was inside EE waters. With some concern that EE may send some assets, sub, ships and/or aircraft to patrol and gather intel as the NC task force passes by. The SSGN eased out to international waters and under the task force. Then decreased depth so that the SSGN signature may get mixed with the NC group. A very low frequency transmission as the change of mission from stealth observation to evasion to CoC Naval HQ to inform the NC Royal Navy of a guest just below the thermo-cline layer. The SSGN traveled for about 40 NM before departing to head towards ROD. A low frequency transmission to visit ROD is being transmitted.

Panama,
Another class of Ranger Training begins. The last class had volunteers just graduated with 238 new Rangers. That is a good size class. Invites to ROD, Karmaskis. Shall see if a Flying Keg can be flown in for the visit.

CoC warships are certainly welcome to make port in the ROD. We have a berth for you at Naval Station Saint Catherine on the south-west coast. We have all the facilities to handle your sub there and there is a new Mexican food restaurant called Lolita's nearby that is highly recommended. It's also where the ROD First Fleet HQ is located so we will have secure facilities for any important discussions that we may want to have.

The ROD Army and Marines would love to send a platoon's worth of troops down to Panama for Ranger School. Can you take 30 of our guys? We'd like to send 10 Marines from our Marine Reconnaissance Battalion, 10 paratroopers from the 15th Infantry Regiment (Airborne), and 10 operators from the 40th Infantry Regiment (Special Operations).

ROD
Thank you for your hospitality. The SSGN #36 will arrive this weekend. Flying a 747 Avatar tanker to land 11am Saturday morning your time. Then an Avatar A380 cargo craft is slated to arrive the following day with chilled kegs of all the flavors of Avatar. We are reserving 50 kegs for Lolita’s at half price after a gift of 10 keg gift.

Ukraine
Observation and e-traffic is being monitored and evaluated for intel. To date along the Ukraine Highway from Ukraine to Moscow has not seen huge increase in military traffic. Most of the Military traffic later heads west toward Belarus after leaving the Ukraine Hwy. some of the CoC and Ukraine logistics personnel have worked crews hauling material for the EE to Belarus. Information has been gathered without any damage or sabotage. The 2 that had been apprehended have been released as three EE personnel have been apprehended and then released a day after. EE satellites have been able to detect most of the CoC military movement and preparations. The US satellites have keep Ukraine and the CoC informed.
