CG2, You list XM803 under Finland rather than US.

Just spotted I have a Cold War vote left! Has to be the Bedford MK truck - probably the most recognisable piece of kit for any ex-UK military after the landrover.

I know I used up most or all my WWII votes, they are on the list, so how can I have 5 WWII votes left? Could this be the number of votes used instead? I believe there is an error.

You are correct - that's the total number of votes cast by each person.

Sorry but as shown it looks like the number remaining. Maybe a note at top or modify the title.

I'm a little late to the game, but I hope no one minds me adding a few votes. I'm only going to list items I want that have already been mentioned and have multiple votes.

Ultra-Modern:

1. EBRC Jaguar
2. T-15 Armata APC (waiting for this before I order T-14 MBT)

Both are extensions of vehicle families that GHQ already produces.

As for the M8 Buford, while I'd like another light tank option, I'd rather hold my vote until I see what comes of the US Army MPF program. It's possible that the GD entry could beat out BAE (Buford) and even if the M8 wins, I'd prefer something based on the modern production model. Just my view...

Shawno, I agree with your approach. I am afraid the money is going to have to go into a new main battle tank, however. M1 is long of tooth and I wonder how much modification it has left in it. I do believe there is a requirement for a strong tank force. I would like to see a cavalry tank, not to mention cavalry organizations, as part of the U.S. force. The M8 is probably the shortest, cheapest course to that end. Mike Robel won't let me have any more armor-pure battalions, although I would like to have them. Maybe I can trade M8s to get them...

Yeah, I don't think I'd want to be someone responsible for making budget decisions right now...

Added - still plenty of time before they announce the list. Votes for any items that GHQ doesn't add to the list will be carried forward to next year anyway.
