UIN Tax
The CoC upper and lower house are both against a UIN tax on either income and/or sales. There might be representatives in favor of a world tax, but they are in the minority, at least to our knowledge. The Commonwealth did not propose it, nor any of it members.
. A study by the Economic Development Council in conjunction with the Finance Committee came to the conclusion that either of these types of international tax system would hurt the global economy, resulting in an economic slowdown. Then countries would become defensive with tariffs on imports. which would stagnate economic trade. Several dozen economic advisors and economists are against a global tax. To promote trade, reduce and/or eliminate global friction, tariffs and taxes on trade and commerce.

CUBA & North Korea
Joint statement by Cuba and North Korea: to help the little man, his wife and family a global sales tax would ensure fair economy for all of the world. Allow the individual to compete. The large conglomerate companies and the economically mature countries have advantages that do not exist for small countries and individuals around the world. We want what is fair.

Discussion from 3 of the 7 top leaders of the UIN General Assembly explored the possibility that a force could go into North Korea as a way to stablize their country. NK has a large army, nuc weapons, and a dictatorial approach to weapons, deployment and follow up.

We are disappointed with the aggressive, warlike attitude of Gator State, threatening and to threaten with nuclear weapons. They antagonize then hide behind the skirts of the USA. The build more factories to start the next major war, possibly the next world war. We condemn this provocation. The GS is not a member of the UIN, which is sad in itself, but then to have the horrible conduct and threaten others.
We will have a committee look at their conduct, to see what can be done.

You are all obtuse. The Gator State issued no threats nor mentioned ANYTHING capable of attacking another country. EVERYTHING described was defensive in nature. The Gator State has no ships or cargo aircraft to carry weapons out against another nation. The ONLY reason it has ICBMs is for deterrence or retaliation... or to return the occasional unwelcome diplomat. So, I say to you "HORSES**T! Now. I am going to let you folks go back to gumming your pablum and I am going back to minding my own business, an example you might follow, you interventionist idiots.

GS, is on and off again. I can tell you this, that we do not care for the CoC. They do what they want, we in Cuba do what we want. If anybody is a puppet of CoC, it is GS, working behind the scene with subtlety and subterfuge.
. If the GS does not like CoC, maybe they would like to work with us, the poor country in the western hemisphere.

Do you know any of the deleterious effects of Prohibition? Exponential growth of organized crime, significant reduction in respect for the law, public official corruption, harmful effects of poor quality product, to name some big ones. The harmful after-effects are still with us, although Prohibition is long gone. A useless exercise in morality which only multiplied immorality.

Those who fail to learn from history... But you go "right" ahead...
