Okay up next for my #WinterWarmer is a batch of this and that for my WW2 German army. Some limbered guns for the deployed guns I just finished; a couple recce platoons of armored cars; a new section of Pak38s.

Hi Zippy:

I'm not a fan of black. I use Coat d'Arms Iron Gray. It's a dark bluish gray. A lot of my collection is second hand. They also use a dark gray with a highlight. If they used black i paint over it.

Thanks Mark
I am also refurbishing some of my old stuff, and the black does not look right, I went nuts and stripped hundreds of pieces and I have a lot of unopened stuff that stills needs painting. Primed a whole lot in the last week.
Got my Italians and Brits for North Africa base coated, Trying a new colour for the Brits.

I built a new light box and I'm still monkeying around with how to get it all set correctly for good photos. These are pretty crappy but better than the last batch. I'll keep at it....

Looks lilke you could use a light source coming from behind the camera, the fronts of the vehicles are dark /shaded. Nice paint jobs!

Leif

Yeah, this morning I'm playing around with putting my light sources in different places. Will definitely need to tinker to get the quality I'm looking for....
