Since I have been using the Other Guys models for many years, until a wargaming buddy started describing the immense amount of work involved in converting the WW2 version to the WW1 appearance, I had not noticed the glaring absence of Renown and Repulse in the WW1 British line up.
How can this be? Remarkable capital ships, and ideal in so many ways for throwing that extra twist into a scenario, how can any company say it has a WW1 naval line until it provides those ships?
Since some of my previous Austro-Hungarian choices are now reality, let me submit the following three votes in their place:
1. Renown and Repulse, WW1 version
2. Berwick and Cornwall, 1939 appearance with the large aircraft hangar
3. Duguay-Trouin French WW2 cruiser

I will consider re-entering WWII aircraft carrier deck decals, but not in the immediate future (certainly not before 2014-2015 releases are announced. My understanding was that they would be unavailable for some indefinite time, but could be restored to production. If I do put this item back on the Wish List, I will put them back at the number they had just before I removed them, plus any votes since then.
Any other comments on this subject?

In anticipation of GHQ’s 2014-2015 release announcements, here are some of the highlights of the Micronaut Wish List as of 2014-05-17. The noted changes are from the 2013-06-06 summary (just after the 2013-2014 schedule announcements).
Total number of ship types receiving at least one vote: 2677 (increased from 2447). I removed WWII carrier deck decals from the Wish List because a very good line was being produced and promoted through the GHQ discussion board. Two hundred twenty-one types were added to the list, mostly WWII merchant ships
Most popular item: WWII era Germany MTB S-100 type Schnellboote (E-boats) with 42 votes (up from 37 votes in the most-recent previous summary). This replaces WWII era aircraft carrier deck decals (which had 51 votes when I removed this item from the list).
The most popular ship type: WWII era Germany MTB S-100 type, replacing post-Cold War era UK destroyer Daring (Type 45) class (Daring increased from39 votes to 41 votes, but S-100 increased by a greater amount). This is a bit surprising to me; I would have thought, with GHQ’s recent resumption of producing new modern ships, that Daring would have gotten more new votes.
By era:
Most popular Napoleonic era product: brass etched ratlines for 1st, 3rd, and 5th rates (9 votes, up from 7 previously)
Most popular Napoleonic era ship type: tie between UK 44-gun razée Indefatigable (originally 64-gun Ardent class) and UK 44-gun razée Magnanime (originally 64-gun Intrepid class) (4 votes each, unchanged from the previous summary)
Most popular ironclad era ship: tie among Russia coastal battleship Novgorod, Russia coastal battleship Vice Admiral Popov, UK battleship Devastation class, and UK coastal battleship Glatton (1 vote each). Actually, these have been sitting near the bottom of the list for a long time, I just got around to separating ships built before 1885 (now ironclad era) from those built between 1885 and 1905 (pre-Dreadnought era). I’m not sure how they got on the list in the first place, perhaps from a list of the worst ships in history.
Most popular pre-Dreadnought era ship: UK armored cruiser Devonshire class (35 votes, up from 28 votes)
Most popular WWI era ship: Germany light cruiser Königsberg class (34 votes, up from 27 votes).
Most popular WWII era ship: German Schnellboote (42 votes, up from 37 votes)
Most popular early Cold War era ship: US aircraft carrier Midway (CVB 41) class, SCB-110 angled deck reconstruction (16 votes, up from 14 votes previously)
Most popular late Cold War era ship: UK frigate Duke (Type 23) class (34 votes, up from 33 votes previously)
Most popular post-Cold War era ship: UK destroyer Daring (Type 45) class (41 votes, up from 39 votes)
By nation:
Argentina: late-Cold War era Malvinas/Falklands aircraft (11 votes, unchanged)
Australia: post-Cold War era frigate ANZAC class (3 votes, unchanged)
Austria-Hungary: WWI era destroyer Tatra class (13 votes, up from 9 votes)
Brazil: WWI era battleship Minas Gerais class (7 votes, up from 5 votes)
Bulgaria: WWI era torpedo boat Drski class (2 votes, unchanged)
Canada: tie among early Cold War era destroyer Annapolis class, early Cold War era destroyer Restigouche class (as completed), late Cold War era destroyer Iroquois class, and post-Cold War era frigate City class (4 votes each, up from 3 votes each previously)
Chile: WWI era battleship Almirante Latorre class (6 votes, up from 5 votes)
China: post-Cold War era destroyer Type 052C (Luyang II, Lanzhou) class (13 votes, up from 12 votes)
Colombia: WWII era destroyer Vouga class (2 votes, unchanged)
Denmark: WWII era coastal battleship Niels Juel (aka Niels Iuel) (1936 refit) (2 votes, unchanged)
Egypt: late Cold War guided missile patrol boat Ramadon class (1 vote, unchanged)
Estonia: WWII era submarine Kalev class (1 vote, unchanged)
Finland: WWII era coast defense ship Väinämoinen class (4 votes, up from 3 votes)
France: WWII era light cruiser Duguay-Trouin class (34 votes, up from 23 votes)
Germany: WWII era Schnellboote (42 votes, up from 37 votes)
Greece: late-Cold War era patrol boat La Combattante III type (4 votes, unchanged)
India: post-Cold War era frigate Talwar class (7 votes, up from 6 votes)
Iran: post-Cold War miniature submarine Ghadir type (3 votes, including first for this type)
Italy: WWII era heavy cruiser Pola (25 votes, up from 21 votes).
Japan: WWII era aircraft carrier Taiyo class (36 votes, up from 31 votes)
Korea, People’s Republic of (North): late-Cold War era frigate Najin class (9 votes, up from 6 votes)
Korea, Republic of (South): post-Cold War era destroyer King Sejong the Great (KD-3) class (9 votes, up from 8 votes)
Mexico: WWI era gunboat Progreso (1 vote, unchanged)
NATO: late-Cold War era tactical aircraft (10 votes, unchanged)
Netherlands: tie between WWII era battlecruiser 1047 design and WWII era destroyer Isaac Sweers (as completed in England with AA armament) (6 votes each, up from maximum of 5 votes)
Norway: WWI era coastal battleship Norge class (4 votes, unchanged)
Panama: WWII era commercial transport El Capitan (3 votes, unchanged)

Spain: tie between pre-Dreadnought era destroyer Audaz class and pre-Dreadnought era armored cruiser Infanta Maria Teresa class (6 votes each, up from 5 votes each)
Sweden: tie among WWI era coastal battleship Sverige class, WWII era cruiser Gotland, WWI era coastal battleship Sverige class (1939 reconstruction), and WWII era light cruiser Tre Kroner class (4 votes each)
Turkey: WWI-era minelayer Nusret (8 votes, up from 7 votes)
UFP: Post-Organian Treaty star cruiser Constitution (NCC-1700) class (1 vote, unchanged)
UK: post-Cold War era destroyer Daring (Type 45) class (41 votes, up from 39 votes)
USA: WWI era merchant ship Hog Island A1022 design) type (28 votes, replacing WWII era aircraft carrier Yorktown (CV 5) – early 1942 appearance, which increased to 25 votes from 24 votes)
By type:
Aircraft carrier: WWII era Japanese Taiyo class (36 votes, up from 31 votes)
Battleship / battlecruiser / armored cruiser: WWII era UK Prince of Wales (37 votes, up from 33 votes)
