I'm a retired MSgt retired from the Marine Corps (27 years) and am now an MCJROTC Instructor going CRAZY with all these JROTC Cadets running around here...

Welcome to the Republic of Oz! Where everything goes wrong....

Image
In this picture you will see a 1/200 scale model and how it works well with the 1/285 miniatures. If you look in the background you will notice 2 CNCCH 46s, the ones the Marine's fly. Hopefully GHQ will make a better replica of this in more detail.

Image
This is how the Marines insert 2 humvees in a battlefield. This CH-53 is a GHQ only one word to describe it...AWESOME.

Image
2 LCAT inserting artillery, all the pieces except for the Trailers are GHQ, those are CNC.

Image
All these are GHQ Marines hitting the beach. I used the Vietnam era people again the detail on the Vietnam era people are really awesome! They brought back a lot of memories.

Image
This is new by GHQ, its an AH-1 Skyraider, is a great addition of the collection. It needs some company, like the A-4 Skyhawk, the MIG-19 to go with this Vietnam Collection.

Hope everyone enjoys these photos. later on i'll submit more, i've got tons of this stuff.
Keep up the good work GHQ, i'm so excited to see what you guys are coming out with for next year.

Welcome to the asylum, wrchilds! Impressive terrain table, looking forward to seeing more of it.

Lovely looking Brits, Pushbike and Kevin. Even have the typical barrel camo on the Fireflies to make them look like 75mm Shermans. Beautiful stuff, guys!

wrchilds, love that Brit Herc.

Where'd you get that from? I only ask as I used to work on RAF Hercs at Lyneham. That one looks a bit familiar.

Cheers,

Wow nice stuff that terrain board is brilliant, probably bigger than my house!

Finished my Brits today, just halftracks and infantry to go.

Here are a few pictures of some of them.

Hi Pushbike

Great stuff! I really enjoy your work. I painted up some Brits for last year's Historicon - I did a Sherman squadron with some attached assets. Your stuff looks great.

Great stuff as usual Pushbike!

Did you use GHQ decals for those?
The transfers are a mix mainly GHQ.
I also have some of the German made transfers mentioned elsewere on this forum but they are far inferior and break half the time, they are useful for getting a wider range of sizes though.

Thanks Chris.

Also I forgot to mention I painted the entire batch in GLOSS acrylics!
And then put them back to MATT with Testors Dullcoat.
