That's kinda what you want, in reality. Dull paint that does not stand out, but blends nondescript my into surroundings, so I think it looks good.

Thanks guys! I should point out that my infantrymen always wear face camo in the field (so i don't have to paint faces!)

Redleg,
Nice. The infantry teams look great, really do. I think you may have ‘found’ the right green color for the Strykers.
You do need to paint the eyes.
