Show Us Your Games
Hi Cav Dog
Very nice AAR with pictures. I always look forward to seeing other people's AAR's on this forum.
I am interested to know what rules you used for your game. Thanks.

Is there an interest in a very wired AAR?
A buddy and I just finished a 3 week GEO Political wargame. It is wierd because there was no table top game (those will come later). This was a scenario generator for Seekrieg table top games being written now. There are also no pictures sine this was an email / phone game.
I had a lot of fun doing it.
So some questions:
1) is there any intrest in this (it will have ot be posted 2 or 3 long posts).
2) should I do it here, on the Micronaughts Thread, or post it alone?
Let me know what you think will take several days to review emails and write it up. If it not something others want to read I fully understand. This was a first for me.

Thanks all. The battle was fought using WRG rules with a couple of house mods. Ground scale was 1 mm = 1 m. The table was 7' x 4' but the terrain was such that there was a bowl in the center of the table that was about 1200m x 800m. Most of the fighting took place at ranges of 500m or less and right around the farm. I couldn't get my camera to take a decent pic of the whole battlefield.
Brew up markers are indeed crafted from RR tree material, although I had to breakout some earlier versions made from cotton which are visible in the final shot.

I learned it from this YouTube video:Firefight wrote:Can you provide an explanation of how you made the brew markers?
Much appreciated,

Its been a while since we played this game, but I just now got the pictures labeled.
The scenario was based on part of one of Bob Mackenzie's write ups for Command Decision that I scaled down for I Ain't Been Shot. The scenario involves the LSSAH in the southern bulge attacking on July 6th,1943. I like this pretty starlight forward assault because it involved the Soviet defenders getting to use some M3 Stuarts and the FOG-1 flame thrower mines.

It ended with the most devastating Stuka attack I've had in a game.

Thanks.
The water is just thin plastic card cut into lengths that is painted various fresh water colors. Then I brush paint a couple of coats of clear gloss. Then sprinkle some flocking and static grass -especially closs to to edges. A couple of more coats of clear gloss and another bit of flocking and grass sprinkling and finished.
Around the edges of the water I usually do some greenish pastels before I spray glue the plastic down to the ground sheet.
