West of Ft. Amador & Ft. Grant in the Pacific Ocean
As the guardian of the western approaches to the Panama Waterway Ft.Amador has held an important position safe guarding the free flow of commerce between the oceans.
. Admiral Sims, of the CoC Task Force 19.3 reported that they did not detect any explosion. He is familiar with the propaganda It was reported to him by a Los Angeles Class sub, 3 convergence zones away of a sub whose acoustic signature has not been registered in the computer, until this submarine was detected. It will now be know as Pirate 2 in the CoC systems, as this data is disseminated. It was noisy. A Kilo that was sitting still detected it at a relative angle of 309 degrees, range beyond 25 NM. Did not have a firing solution.
.
The CoC looks forward to working with the ROD task force to secure the western approaches. Ft. Amador and/or Ft. Grant is open to ROD as needed.
. Ft. Grant is receiving engineers and infantry by helicopter with light clean up equipment: chain saws, flame throwers, etc for clean up until the landing craft arrive.
.

Protests continue, but many have gone home for the day since food is not being provided as it was two days ago. Estimate of 4,000 protesters this afternoon, although many are walking to return home, when several people were asked. Even the visible Red Shirts have seen many walk away in groups, we suppose that they are going home or to a meeting.
.
Gambia
Two ferries that carry autos, and walkers left Banjul, when they docked all people were questioned by the paratroopers and about half of the people on the ferry were secured in guarded holding areas. About 1/3 were released, with a few people still being questioned.

CHIdom has sent 6 assault landing craft with an escort of 5 frigates, 3 destroyers in an easterly direction, expecting to be a Ft. Grant and Ft. Amador very soon. Helicopters, ASW, surface and AA searches are taking place.
. This is part of a larger plan for the Commonwealth of Chrisdom. If any unknown submarines are identified, located, ASW prosecution is authorized, deadly force is authorized.
. The Ivan Rogov had an engine break down, is not transiting at 5 knots with a Type 53A frigate. It is a few days out of port.

Yemen
There have been some small terror activity in small villages where 20 Al-Kabab guys come in, rob some businesses, break in to a banking type institution, kill any people that resist. The local police is unable to be in all the municipalities to respond. It has happened more in the eastern area of Yemen. The preliminary info indicates that Oman is supporting the Al-Kabab with weapons & ammo, medical supplies, and money to conduct the operations.
.
Yemen government, as supported by the Commonwealth is ordering Eurasia military personnel to depart from Socotra Naval Base. They are welcome to take all their equipment and supplies. A small delegation will fly in to Socotra Naval air base to discuss the needs of Eurasia to depart from the base. In the past 30 hours, there have been 4 freighters that have departed sailing to Djibouti, that were riding low in the water.
Western Approaches of Panama Waterway
CoC TF 19.3 entered the Panama Waterway zone transiting to head west. A few of the ships made port-o-call at Ft. Amador. Unloading supplies, equipment, even a couple of commercial frieghters made port of call. Fortunately they had their own cranes, will smaller load and capacity so the unloading took longer. Will need to assess the functionality of the cranes of the port. The ships contained thousand of different items, for example, bunks, beds, sheets, towels, hygiene, brooms, mops, axes, chainsaws, generators, ammo, crew served weapons, some light vehicles, air defense, etc. More ship will arrive in the coming weeks and months.
The CHIdom task force, some of the troop carrying ships made port at Ft. Amador. 8,200 soldiers disembarked. Their purpose is to help get the base in functioning order, clean up, being lead by the engineers. After that many will then transfer to Ft. Sherman for Jungle warfare training.
Gambia
Banjul is believed to not house any Gambia government officials or military that have not been detained. There has been some sporadic small arms fire which has been return. Some casualties of the Commonwealth, Gambian military and civilians has required medical attention. Those that sailed to the other side of the Gambia River were captured or killed in a brief gun fight. A new government will be established, a Republic will be formed and membership to the Commonwealth.
.
Guinea-Bissau
It was reported that 8 bombs went off in the capital, Bissau. 6 in the government buildings including the Executive Palace. 2 on military barrack in Bissau killing and wounding dozens of soldiers and the Royal Palace Guard. They are usually seen with bright jackets, blue pants, white belts. An uprising from several low-income neighborhoods brought guns, including automatic weapons and some explosives and AT missiles. Organized society has creep to a stop in the last 1 1/2 days. The government seems to be headless and leaderless without direction.

Ft. Sherman, Panama
The Philippine Scouts, 1st Brigade of 1200 men have deployed to Ft. Sherman to act as the opposing forces for those being trained in jungle warfare and operations. This unit is an elite unit of employing Ranger and high/low intensity jungle warfare. They also serve as scouts, Cav,, FO., etc.
Col Talock is the CO of the Brigade, who said, "we are delighted to come to Panama to improve our training, to train the other units to learn, to develop their skills and work together. Those soldiers need to avoid 'trench foot'.
.
The rail system functions from Ft. Amador to Ft. Sherman even though not directly parallel to the Panama Waterway.

Some senior staff from Ft. Amador boarded CH-47 and NH-90 for tour of the Panama Waterway and the area around it. Flights then picked up US and ROD soldiers for the flight with lunch planned at Ft. Randolph, then return, taking almost a full day. Panamian troops are joining us to show us the terrain and to build a team for mutual defense of the area in Panama.

Socotra Ialand, Yemen
Eurasia agreed to leave the island and base, asking for lift capacity to Djibouti, which the Commonwealth agreed on behalf of Yemen. In disucssion Eurasia asked if we would like to purchase any surplus equipment that they have.... Backfire bombers.
We agreed to a package of 6, with options for more.

Progress is being made with the Eurasia forces transferring materiale and men to Djibouti from Socotra Naval Base. Several cargo ships have been leased to help with the transfer. The Eurasian forces did move in their own ships some of the missiles, launchers that were captured when the base was captured. Those rotten guys, although we would have done the same thing.
.
Ft. Amador, Panama
As engineer crews and contractors are working to clear ground outside the fence of the base of Fort Amador utilizing large tractors and equipment. As several were using the wheeled vehicles that are used to pull the tree truck and roots out of the ground, some one or a few people fired several shots at the driver of a vehicle aftter shooting at other walking. It shattered class, the equipment operator was wounded from the bullet and glass.
. CNNN with Wolf on the Wolf's Liar, "here in Panama, not all civilians are glad that the US, ROD and CoC are occupying several forts here in Panama. Most Panamians seem okay or glad and it is a boast to the economy. One furniture dealer said 'I was able to take some furnituure about 20 years ago, get it for free from the base. Now I sell it to the Commonwealth military, I have called the US base at Randolph, they are interested in buying their old bunks and pay for transport.' So it does boast the local economy, and is expected to do so in the future, certainly as soldiers have time off and visit places in Panama. This is Wolf on the Wolf's Liar, Thank you for listening."
.
Indonesia
A delegation flew in to Indonesia, meeting with people to discuss membership in the Commonwealth. The meeting in Jakarta and at a military base outside the capital. Of course the CoC was invited. The Commonwealth is highly interested in two islands, Smatra and Java primarily. It is for business development opportunities, of course, not military.
The feedback upon the terms of membership is wonderful. Especially the part for the leaders to remain alive, they were enthusiastic about that. The 220 million people would be delighted to be members of the Commonwealth they said. They can remain in their leadership roles, in power. Some of their military would become part of the armed forces of the Commonwealth, or most if they preferred. They could keep the rest in the Reserves and or Guard.

The Commonwealth has received an inquiry from Kananaskis about membership in the CoC. We are sending a delegation of great people that can explain all the benefits of membership in the Commonwealth. The CoC soldiers that were there remember the beauty of the area. We are encouraged to discuss this issue. Look forward to seeing you.

The Canadian Government has communicated through the ROD State Dept network. It is concerning the individual that was spurring the movement for Vancouver Island to join CoC. We do not know of anybody that has done this. We have not authorized nor spoken to anyone to take this initiative. It appears to be a citizen of BC and Victoria, as it has been reported to us through various channels. The person could even be a member of Al-Kabab from when they were trying to take over when the Commonwealth saved Canada by fighting Al-Kabab. So we do not think the person is a member of Al-Kabab, but of Canada, living in BC, perhaps.
