In Ottawa the NCAF are investigating as to the identity of the Extremist Milita unit responsible for this attack on a Canadian Coast Guard base on New Years Eve, so far they have only the testimony of a Coast Guard crewman who survived the attack.
Karmanaskis denies this attack.

The NCAF denies having any Special Forces, in a open statement made by Livingston himself, under the NCAFs new Public Disclosure of Special Forces and Operations Act.
"Our Special Forces program has not produced a single unit as of now, it will take a full year for us to produce such a combat ready unit, The "Attack" on the K-country bank was a result of a Terror group, the same group that attacked the Canadian coast guard base on New Years Eve."
This Act was in place, to ensure the loyalty of these new Special Forces units to Canadian Citizens, who treat such units with a cloud of suspicion and even a bit of fear concerning their activity's.

Don't get in too much of a hurry to go kill the Eurasian Empire. Have you ever heard the saying "Don't rush to failure"? Remember that logistics will play a big role in this war. When it comes time to deploy you will need to move by unit. That means number of people and number of vehicles on each ship and each plane. i think it takes about 2 weeks for ships to reach Libya from the east coast of Canada so you will need to plan ahead and plan in detail. Right now I would recommend that you develop the RCAF order of battle if you want to go to war. there will be no "magic moves" of troops or supplies.
I'll post the Eurasian Empire order of battle on the microbattles website in a day or so, but right now in Libya they have a combined arms army - 3 division plus artillery, aviation, support, etc. The Empire's organization is the same at the Soviet army circa 1990.

That's a real good start, Mech! Now you need to organize them and add the HQ and support units. Are the army regiments organized into brigades and divisions? They will need HQ units and support units to keep them running like maintenance, transportation, medical, supply, signal, etc.
How are the air force wings organized? How many aircraft and what type? Are they organized into squadrons?
Once you get them all organized you'll need to figure out how many personnel and how many vehicles. I believe the large transports can carry 1,000 to 1,200 vehicles so we need to know what can fit in each ship.
For game purposes we'll use generic cargo vessels and we will assume that each ship can carry 1,200 vehicles. Consider each piece of towed artillery as a vehicle, but we won't count trailers.
