Riots take place all over Alaska, except for Juneau. We are US citizens. We certainly do not want to be a member of a 3rd world country. Even GatorState is better than this proposal.
.
Leaders where killed in bomb blast and gun fire. Over 4 dozen armed people made the attack on the governor and cabinet and some NDA officials in Juneau. Those capture were veterans of the US military. National Guard call up by military leaders and leader in Washington. Cobra attack choppers go in to Juneau looking for NDA vehicles. Some were seen approaching the border with NDA, non any closer than a mile of the border.
CNNN Wolf's Liar reporting, "There is a surprise taking place in Alaska, Veterans are fighting against the NDA leaders and the Governor and Cabinet of Alaska for signing agreements to become an NDA State. Dozens of veterans are dead after a large group attacked and killed many of the government officials. So far the reported toll is over 80 and over 28 vets. Some units have mobilized across the State of Alaska. It is reported that a National Guard Armor Battalion has reported to based. Report from a colleague is that they are loading ammo, putting tanks on tractor-trailers, fuel. All the support from other Reserve and National Guard units are called up."
.
It is reported that Active duty soldiers are on 'RED' Alert. "The US will not allow the break up of the US as Canada has fractured", said House Leader Johnson, (R-UT). "We already fought a war over state leaving, we will not allow another country or territory to take a state of this great nation."

Speaking as panzergator, this is not a good direction to go in.

The NDA goverment decided that holding Alaska is to much of a risk to take and decided to retreat out of Alaska rather then faceing aginest a superpower, it's application as NDA civilians has been removed. Now our efforts are turned to rebuilding Alberta and possibly the rest of Canada as well.

The President has appointed Thomas Henry, the former Governor of Alaska as interim Governor of Alaska and former Attorney General Ed Meese at Lt. Governor, until elections can be held in the Spring. Those elected will fulfill the end of the term.
.
The police have started to determine who had been shooting who, making some arrests when they are able to apprehend a person without violence. They have made a reported 6 arrests for capital crimes against the State and the US. Also 5 have been arrested for the deaths of people. This will be opening a new book in case law for the US legal system.
.
Military units have for the most part been held in their assembly areas. Some are working with local law enforcement, especially in Juneau to maintain law and order.

The NDA will allow the US passage though BC in order to restablish the flow of goods via the Alaska highway. somthing the Gator state would approve of. Also the intel department discovers somthing amiss with alaskas proposal to join the NDA, the message claimed be from Alaska was in fact traced to Russia.

Well, the Gator State has been at high alert, given the ramifications of what has been going on to its north. Extra motor stables, gunnery, , equipment inspection, reserve activatiin, etc. Continuing to observe before standing down. If course, the crews eat this s*** up, but family life is disrupted, and How he economy suffers when reserves are activated.

Rest assured Gator State things will be under control soon, apparently Russia tried to manipulate the NDA into taking Alaska, to what end we're not sure right now.

Russia has regretted selling Alaska to the US for quite some time. An imaginative extrication...

This is NABC National News here is Dale Mansbridge "Good evening, the Government of Yer Bouti is sending in trade delegations into our country to discuss procurement of CH-47 parts for there fleet, they hope to get them operational soon, Krista Farrow has the details" (video of a NDA Army CH-47F taking off) (Krista Farrow): " The CH-47 was one of many aircraft that was used by the former Canadian Forces before the nation fractured into the various states it is today, developed by Boeing in the US in 1961 it was designed as a heavy lift helicopter to transport troops and even artillery pieces to the battlefield, today the CH-47 is produced locally here in the Bell NA plant in Grande Prairie, mostly used by the Army, but also by the Navy as the CH-46 Sea Knight. now Yer Bouti is in much need of parts to bring there fleet back to operational condition, the trade delegation will arrive this week, Krista Farrow NABC news, Grande Prairie".

(Dale Mansbridge): There was trouble in the Atlantic ocean as a task force of Commonwealth of Chrisdom ships sent to monitor a NDA fleet, accidentally steamed directly into a old minefield that dates from World War 2 off the coast of Halifax Nova Scotia, a flight of Maritimes Federation Gloster Meteors and Fairly Swordfishes tried to warn the CofC ships to clear the minefield, but a Tanker had struck a mine and sank, fortunately MF Sea King helicopters managed to rescue the crew before it slipped beneath the waves".

"In other news a NDA fishing firm has claimed fishing rights to some islands off the coast of Japan, much to the chagrin of the local Japanese fisherman as they began protesting this intrusion out on the high seas ramming into fishing trawlers and shooting fireworks at there crews, a small fleet of 3 NDA Navy St Laurent class Destroyers has been sent to discourage these protesters from the fishing grounds".

CH-47 Chinook heavy lift party machine.
CH-46 Sea Knight, Vertol, Labrador, Voyageur, Hkp4, KV 107 etc. medium beer carrier.
Two different birds but both could have found there way to the NDA from Canadian stock.
