The NDA army does make use of the M109s but of the older A4 models, these received some minor refits such as locally produced electronics, and a re bored 155mm gun. anyway in light of whats been happening in our holdings in BC, the Yukon, and Northwest Territories, the NDA government wishes for the ROD to establish a embassy in our capital.

That is great news! We will get our ambassador and embassy staff in place as soon as possible!

Thanks Cav Dog! It's hard to screw up straight OD green! I'm working on my howitzer platoon, from when I was a platoon leader way way way way way way way way way way back in the day. It would be done y now except for my being a complete buffoon when it comes to washes. I think I'm going to skip the wash and just try to finish it as best I can!

I've always wondered why GHQ didn't make artillery battery combat commands. The number of vehicles/guns seems to about right for the composition of a combat command.

Battleship Somme: we are in international waters steaming to the north-west, having just completed a short port-call in Buena Vista. The purpose of our visit is between the ROD and the government of Buena Vista.

In the Early morning hours a fire broke out at the ROD Embassy in Grande Prairie, firefighters manged to put out the blaze but the building was gutted, NDA investigators discovered remains of a homemade bomb filled with Napalm at the back entrance along with a note nailed on the gate that reads, "Burn in Hell ROD", who ever did this was one of those Anti-ROD protesters who Police had clashed with some days ago.

The ROD is very concerned with this apparent attack on our embassy in Grande Prairie. We hope that the authorities will investigate this crime vigorously. In the mean time we will look for suitable accommodations until the embassy can be rebuilt.

The ROD’s Carrier Battle Group 5 has just passed through the Panama ** CENSORED ** on its way to the Mediterranean Sea. The battle group will make several stops in the Med, and then will proceed to the Indian Ocean where it will relieve Carrier Battle Group 8, which is currently on station supporting operations in and around Mahishmati.

The battle group consists of CV-5 RODS Vengeance, CG-44 RODS Retriever, DDG-107 RODS Saber, DDG-109 RODS Catapult, AOE-94 RODS Lynx, and SSN-11 RODS Barracuda. In addition, steaming with the battle group are BB-12 RODS Cerberus and LSD-21 RODS Ajax.

Carrier Air Wing 1 is embarked aboard the Vengeance. The six full squadrons and two detachments include 24 x F/A-18C, 12 x F-4S, 12 x A-6E, 8 x S-3B, 8 x SH-60F, 4 x EA-6B, and 4 x E-2C aircraft.

Amphibious Combat Team Alpha is embarked aboard the Ajax. The reinforced company includes Company D / Marine Regiment, 3rd Assault Amphibian Platoon, 1st Combat Engineer Platoon, Naval Medical Detachment 4, and Commando Team 511.

The ROD carrier group received this radio transmission from an Imperial Quebec ship near the Caribbean island of St Martin.

"Groupement tactique non identifié, il s'agit du navire de guerre impérial québécois Gatineau, vous entrez dans le territoire contrôlé par la chaîne de l'île Saint-Martin, au Québec, veuillez indiquer votre entreprise".

The Imperial Quebec Warship steams back on her present route back to the Island.

The IQ Government strives to look after these former French Overseas Territories in North America and the Pacific, ever since France allied with the Commonwealth of Chrisdom, the people on those islands voted to be with Quebec, rather then be pawns to some Mediterranean nation, and they appreciate IQ's hospitality greatly.
