I don't know how entirely different the stowage would be but ... Apologies if I wasn't clear in my post. absolutely a modern kit for stowage. My biggest point is that I may buy it and bastardize it for my particular minis. That being said I have several boxes of all sorts of moderns (from when I've bought used lots) but they're just not my focus ... for right now. So my vote is not purely a WW2 vote, I want this stuff when I start doing moderns.

I've thought on this since seeing the first post. What I'd like to see is engineering/artillery figures for the modern period. Both are way overdue. I'd even be happy with a combined package. As an alternative and engineering Combat Command with a flotation bridge & figures.

My additional vote for "RU SOV Cold War infantry heavy weapons" isn't listed.RedLeif wrote:@ PanzerGator re; post from 12/16/16 changing vote from M48... to new US AMV. I believe one of the requests/requirements is that there be at least 100 units produced. This one has not met that mark yet to my knowledge.

That's great, GHQ, thanks for listening. Good to see a formal poll of a reduced realistic list (I assume) will be run. In any case, there are a few more popular choices emerging.GHQ wrote:We have been watching this, and thought that we would chime in. It looks like this is going well! Everyone has been putting ideas out, discussing them, has been relatively polite and civil...everything that we had hoped for.
Just for clarification, we thought that we would let the debate go on here for about 2 weeks, or until it seems like things have played out. We have never done this before, so we want to get a good feel for how this will go. Once we feel that the suggestion/debate period has run it's course, we will have an actual poll. We tried our practice poll a few weeks ago to see how the polling feature works in this software, and it seems to work well. We will look through all of the suggestions/debate on this thread, and then pull out the items that seem to make the most sense, and get the most support.
We just wanted to step in, and let you know how it is going so far from our point of view.
We hope that you are having a good time with this too. Carry on gents!

So the fans get to pick a piece of modern kit....and they choose stowage that might work for WWI or II as well?
That just seems lame to me. I will remember to vote for a pack of hedges, trees or trenches when the time comes to pick a piece of WW2 kit.
Seriously, stowage is cool...as a general idea for GHQ to add to their catalog. A use that appeals to more than one gaming period. But when the fans have a choice to pick a set of modern tanks, AFV's, guns, or infantry, the stowage kit seems kind of meh.

I agree, with all the modern vehilcles and stuff not made by GHQ's amazing sculptors, a chioce of 'stuff under a tarp' seemed odd to me at first as well. But to each their own. I'm sure many could find isssue with my chioce too.
I'm still impressed by is all the choces that we have come up with as a group.

I want more types of armor as well, both never before produce and maybe a release that is slightly different to an existing vehicle. However here is some food for thought.....Last release list, for 2016 to 2017, there was over 33 pieces of armor....There will be armor and infantry. Plus zombies were on the last list........I think external storage has far more use than that... GHQ has not produced something like this in a while (sorry if I am wrong). For the people who model these vehicles for a collection or use it in a game, I feel there will be more use for it than zombies....Lol..
So for your first vote, of this nature, why not pick something that would be less likely to be put on a list otherwise.
