US Sources for "Fahrzeug Profile" series publicati

Post by av8rmongo »

Does anyone know if there are any US Sources for "Fahrzeug Profile" series publications? If you're not familiar with these they feature different aspects of the Bundeswehr or NATO armies serving in Germany and provide histories, TO&E, photographs etc. I've located some distributors in Europe but for some reason (Language?, internet?) I've been unsuccessful actually procuring any of them.

Paul, I'm checking a couple of stores in our part of the world, they may give a lead for either the Aust/NZ region or, as is often the case, for the U.S. distributor.

Paul

I found this shop.
http://www.united-fun.com/shop2/enter.html
Look under "literature" for Fahrzeug Profiles.
Their Terms page says that they will ship overseas at cost. Shopping cart as well.
Helpful?

Gort,

Thanks for the help. This was the site I first tried to order from but there was some kind of problem with the shopping cart and the order never got processed. I may have to try it again if nothing else turns up.

Michael,

Thanks, I have some of the Tankograd products but i was looking for some specific Profile series titles that don't seem to be represented on that website. I guess I'll keep looking.

Paul, another option may be

www.militarymelbourne.com

Ihave been to this guys place and he does have an extensive range of sources, books and otherwise and if he doesn't have anything then he is the most likely to know where to get it from.

hope this helps,

michael
