Hi,

Sorry for the newbie question, but I am trying to clarify something on the Germany Weapons Data Sheet on page 36 of the Micro Armour: The Game rulebook.

First, what model in the GHQ range is used to represent the unit sdkfz10/37mm.
Do people use the sdkfz10/4 SPAA 20mm model instead?

There is another entry in the list that I don't get: sdkfz7/Flak37(quad), I tried searching for it and can only find that it's the FLAK 38 (Flakvierling) that was quad, is the unit in the list accurate?

thanks for your help,

Try code G99

The halftrack pack comes with five models. 4 are normal 251 Cs and one is the 10 version (which is the platoon commander).

The Sd-7 had either a quad 20mm (Flak 38 according to the catalogue) or single 37mm (Flak 36). Don't know if one was more common. The GHQ models have an armoured -7 for the 37mm and soft for the quad. Probably just a typo somewhere.

I've be a little surprised if an Sd-10 could mount a 37mm. Could tow it I guess, but it's a pretty big gun.

Sorry, scratch what I said. I thought you were looking for the 251/10.

Hello Alan71,

I see that you are from Montreal ? I live near Montreal. I will be please to offer you some targuet for your AA guns if you are interested to play a friendly game with me.

I got fairly decent sized armies for late WWII (US, Germans and British/Canadians).

Regards,

Robert

Now if we could just get someone to spare us from spam rants on these pages we'd be all set.

I like Nigerian Spam !! Keep them coming ! Last time I received one, I asked spare parts for my flying saucer in exchange for my help. It was funny to see them struggling trying to understand what I need... I send a picture of two Canadians soldiers mounted in camels to an other Nigerian spammer telling him they were out to hunt him !!! I must have to much time to waste...

For the pills, who know, maybe someday I will need some...

Anyway, Yahoo have a great spam filter.

Thanks for your concerns.

I've been looking through my library and have not come across a 10 model with a 37mm AA mount. There are lots of single 20mm mounts but no 37mm's I can find. Because the 20mm mount looks so large on the track you might have it confused with the larger gun.

I can't find my Squadron book on the small track but there is a picture of the 20mm mounted on one in the back of the 250/251 booklet.

I think the 37mm was too heavy and had too much recoil for the smaller track... but that's just my opinion.
