GHQ Models Forums

I've been nosing around for some WW2 naval rules that I can use for our gaming group, and came across Battle Stations! Battle Stations!, and it lists GHQ as a publisher. So are these rules available through GHQ, or only through Decision Games?

I also saw them available from ALNAVCO for the same price. With the veritible flood in the genre lately, I'm jonesing for a new ruleset.
