I came across a website called Red Army Studies - Soviet Operational Art in the Second World War, here's the link:

Some good stuff especially the link on the left side of the page titled "Soviet Index" that contains many translated articles, although some of the blatant propaganda is laughable. Looks a nice source for scenarios and general information on the Drang Nach Osten.
