My GHQ order was "out for delivery" on Wednesday, so I patiently waited for the beloved "delivered" status to pop up, so I could head downstairs to the front desk and claim my package. 4:00 came and went...5:00...I stayed 'til 5:45 and STILL no sign of my goodies.
I left for home, and the damn thing was still listed "out for delivery" at 8:00pm. At 9:00 I called, and asked them wtf?? For whatever reason, the monkeyf******* driver took it back to the barn. And, of course, they had yesteday off...so no GHQ love for me 'til Monday.
Well, I do have my newly snagged off of eBay copy of Space Marine to hone my painting skills on over the weekend. Gonna need stronger reading glasses, though...I can barely see these little bastages.

UPS has been on my Sh list for years! When you called them you should have had the option to go pick them up from the UPS station. Also verify the address. If they were out for delivery and didn't come in there is a good likely hood there is an address problem.
Just in case GHQ is reading:
Look at FedEx ground's rates great great alternative to UPS now. They should quote you a discounted rate based on what you are currently doing with UPS. Service is much more relaiable.
Sorry this is what I do for a living.
I pray for Peace on Earth Good will toward men. Till then one round HE fire for Effect!
Never had dealings with UPS in the UK ... nice shiny vans and shiny shoes though!
DHL are the worst UK courier in my experience ... eg they subcontract Amazon deliveries to local couriers who have even been known to say consignments have been 'signed for' (on the web tracking service) when they have never been near my door!
So far Royal Mail have got my GHQ direct orders to me safe and sound.
