Hi All

Well the painting is coming along very nicley now, and i have almost finished painting the GHQ WW2 41 Comonwealth Force, but i have a question:

Do i just mount everything on 1" x 1" bases permanetly or do i make removable bases?

What i am thinking about is having the infantry on permanent bases, but either one of the above options for the Tanks ect.

Like to hear your thoughts on this.

What I'm doing is mounting my infantry permanently, and mounting the tanks (and other vehicles) magnetically on steel bases. They also have rotating turrets. That way I can also play 1:1 scale games as well as 1:platoon scale.I think there's a thread somewhere called "Temporary Basing and Rotating Turrets" that explains the process (If it's not still here you can probably find it with a Google-search).
