The photo on the cover of GHQ catalog #40

Post by GHQ »

We have received quite a few e-mails and telephone calls inquiring about the "set" of fortification pieces to make the triangle fort on the cover of our newest catalog, #40. At this time we do not have a boxed "set" that can be ordered to make that fort. However, we have assembled a list of the parts that were used to make that fort. Here is what was used:

4 x TMB-46
4 x TMB-47
4 x TMB-48
8 x TMB-49
6 x TMB-50
4 x TMB-52
18 x TMB-54
3 x TMB-55
1 x TMB-56
1 x TMB-60
1 x TMB-61

In addition there are two of our TMB-69 Barracks buildings that have not been released yet. The fort pictured on the cover of our catalog was designed after a specific type of fort that the US Military used in Vietnam. There were many different types of forts used, and some modifications may have been made to the type of fort that we built.

We are glad to see that there has been so much interest in that photo. If you look at the top of the photo, you can see that on the other Micro Skirmish board there is an airstrip, some artillery positions, and bunkers. We have had a lot of fun with all of these new fortification parts, and we hope that all of you do to.

Thank you for your support,
GHQ
