T-8s in US service

Hi All

I'm in the process of reviewing my wishlist. It's got T-8s on it (US78), but I'm wondering where they would fit into my proposed organisations. I'm working on an infantry regiment, and an armoured combat command with the recon squadron attached at 1:plt.

Logically, they'd be more likely to be seen in the recon squadron, rather than the tank battalions. But that's purely supposition on my part. I presume there is next to no chance they'd be seen around an infantry division.

Try this site I use it alot for my basic TO&E's (http://www.bayonetstrength.150m.com/ ). I find it is very accurate and informative. The recon stuart was just a stuart tank that had the turet removed to provide a lower profile and better scout vehilce. This was typically done latter in the war.

Thanks, I've got the basic TO&E, but I'll have a look and see what it might shed.

Another hypothesis:
As M-24s replaced the M-5s in the recce squadron tank company, the M-5s replaced the some of the M-8s and some of those lost their turrets.

Sound feasible?
