hmmm... vital info? That would start a scrap between naval nuts as to what is actually vital.
What would you like to know?

Ahoy Reid -
Here's a good starting point:
http://www.warshipsww2.eu/lode.php?lang ... trida=2357
This site has data on warships from 1900 thru 1950. The Russan WW1 section has info (vital or otherwise) on not only the two GHQ Russian dreadnauts, but their pre-dreadnaut forces as well. Some good pictures too!
Enjoy!

Try
http://www.wunderwaffe.narod.ru/WeaponBook/NB/index.htm. If you can get past the language problems, this has some detailed information on WWI era Russian battleships (including unbuilt designs).
For English language,
