Middle East campaign

In the tactical notes of the Isreal TO&E page for the modern set of rules states that a mini campaign set in 2004 for a "new" A/I conflict had been set up. I was wondering if the information on the campaign is available somewhere? Or, is part of the actual Modern Rules set?
