How many of us are there in Arizona by the way? They have user groups here. Not like I wanna make a "club" out of it. Just think it would be cool to represent. Have an AZ group. LOL. Let me know if anyone's interested.

I'm here in Chandler. I do modern Third World conflicts, especially all the crazy wars in Africa: Angola vs South Africa & Unita, Ethiopia vs Somalia,1970's Liberia, Sierra Leone, Chad vs Libya, Sudan, 1970's & Darfur Nigerian Civil War and present day, The Crazy Congo from 1960 to the present, Rhodesia, Kenya Mau-Mau, Western Sahara(POLISARIO) vs Morocco, Libya vs Egypt 1970's...Etc. I have some pretty unique units including Simbas(From the movie Dark of the Sun), French Foreign Legion, European Mercenaries(Mad Mike Hoare and Rolf Steiner) Belgian Paratroopers, a UN "Peacekeeping" Force, various rebel groups like SWAPO, UNITA, RENAMO, ZAPU, etc. I even have some weird stuff like a herd of elephants, herds of cattle for my African villagers, Masai Warriors armed with spears, and most importantly a CNN news crew with a satellite van,. I also do a few things outside of Africa- Sri Lanka vs Tamil Tigers, Vietnam, Indo-Pakistani Wars, Serbia, Central America in the 1980's, and a few Cold War USA vs USSR scenarios.(the best being the Marines going above the Artic Circle to destroy a Soviet missile base just over the Norwegian border, complete with snow covered pine forests and a huge Soviet missile complex. I also enjoy doing conversions-I have converted existing stuff into just about anything else out there. Well that's me, I like your idea about AZ, let's do it!

Sent this note off. We'll see what happens.

My name is Kyle Maycumber. I live in Flagstaff, AZ and some of my local statesmen are interested in creating a group for us. There aren't (that I'm aware of) very many of us and it would be nice to know what's available in our state. Share info. etc. Let me know if it's possible and what I need to do.

A group for AZ,

Hey Kyle

Besides those that post on the GHQ forum there are several others in the greater Phoenix area that I game with. There's Big D. Rich, Craig and Tim. There are also some others that have gamed with us from time to time as well. 8ball, Jason, and Thunder have been mentioned and there is another forum poster, Intobattle, as well who paints some really neat stuff.

I'm down in Tucson with Thunder and a few others. I'm mostly into 70's & 80's cold war and arab-israeli from 67 onwards.
