Is the M7 mini a whole unit, or is the 105 gun separate?

That should be an easy convert. I am working on some Wasp carriers and Churchill Crocs for my Brits/Canadians.

I am taking a universal carrier, adding a fuel tank to the back, running a hose off of it into the bed (wire) and changing the front gun portion. Adding the two crew and done!
I will post a pic of I can get my camera to work well enough. I just finished putting them together tonight. :D

Nicely done...what did the allies use these models priest for mainly? i have not seen alot of data on this version

The British and Canadians used them for troop transports during Normandy.
Great addition to your PBI!
